The cleaning of the shared areas is done daily, room cleaning is done once every two days, if you would have told us you'd like it daily we could've reach an arrangement. We have a mesh WIFI system and every floor has one receptor/antenna, so we aren't sure why you had bad WIFI during your stay. You are the first guest who has given a noise complaint, so we'll look into it.
