房间非常乾净宽敞，订单一间卧室房，还给免费升级了房型，升级到两间卧室的房型。楼层很高，所以夜里很安静，听不到外面的摩托车声，酒店服务很好，地理位置优越，楼下就是Lotte商场，购物很方便，会再来的！

住在60楼风景很好 每天可以看见附近所有的建筑 房间乾净温馨 有洗衣机跟烘衣机很方便 每天都有客房打扫非常棒

无敌窗景，非常宽阔的会客空间，基础厨房设施齐备。在西湖附近，去老城区还剑湖都需要打车。不过河内grab很方便，车费也便宜。

Excellent service and cleanliness.
I arrived too early but the staff was helpful enough to arrange an early check in. My flight was delayed and I got a late check out too. Can’t complain!
