All was enjoyable but the property and garden both need to be renovated. Insects in the rooms were a nuisance and insect spray is needed in the rooms. The breakfast was enjoyable and well served.

This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. The staff is absolutely wonderful meeting all of your needs. The food is delicious. The prices are great. The owner is fantastic. This is my place when I’m in South Africa.

Lovely spot in very nice location. Easy 5 minute walk to various places to eat..from Indian to steak & everything in between. Very beautiful rooms...nicely furnished. Needs some repairs but overly, a great, clean place with an excellent breakfast & friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience pleasant. However, the lodge itself could use some renovation — the interior furnishings are quite tired and worn, and the overall appearance feels dated.
On the positive side, the location is excellent — very central and in a safe area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. With a bit of refurbishment, this property could truly stand out.

We spent a week at Lourie Lodge and fell in love with the friendly and homely environment! We have never felt so at home somewhere before, and were actually sad to have to leave. The staff are absolutely incredible, and NOTHING is too much effort

In my life ive stayed at many guest houses throughout SA, Lourie Lodge is by far the best of em all!!! The Team blew me away with there attention to detail, kindness and making sure our needs are put first and over catered for! Not only are they FLIPPEN GREAT at what they do, but they also assisted us in attempting to completely change a girls life, her house burnt down, and myself and the company decided to assist, and the only other people out there who truly came to the table without blinking an eye is LOURIE LODGE!!! A Big Up to you guys, its great to see the World still has Beaitifull people in it! WE THANK YOU!!!! GO LOURIE LODGE!!!!!!!!!!!! ( Also the most concvienently positioned lodge in the whole fourways area) Rumbi and Team, You guys are what Champions are made of. Regards, Giancarlo Rodighiero

Colin was a fantastic host who was on hand whenever anything was needed and always willing to oblige. The en-suite was lovely and spacious.

Rien à redire. Cadre propre, chaleureux et proche de tout. Petites contrainte uniquement au niveau des places de parkings. Mais pour tout le reste c'est impeccable et irréprochable. J'y retournera assurément.
