Your employees (Noopur, Devender & Khashti ) were outstanding in assisting us with some issues pertaining to a package that was to be delivered to your hotel. It was finally resolved n they were constantly enquiring about the status of our package n we were glad they are always ready to help. Well done LP Vilas, yr staffs are indeed your assets.

Location was good and kids friendly and food was also good. I stayed here for 3 days. Food ourlets are there and food is also kids friendly

Very pleasant stay ...spacious rooms ,clean toilets ,wide corridors unlike most other 5 star rated hotels which feels rather claustrophobic...hotel staff are courteous and needs are immediately taken care of ..great food ....overall experience was excellent .

My experience with front desk team viz. Shubham, Nupur, Khutushti has been really great. They are the motivated ones who are always ready to go an extra mile to bring happiness for guests. Stay was very comfortable with special mention to cleanliness and hygiene. We all enjoyed food, appreciate chefs and all banquet staff fir their excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at LP Vilas. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options. The hotel’s ambience is peaceful and elegant, perfect for relaxing with family. The amenities such as the gym, spa, and kids’ play area add great value. Overall, it was an excellent experience—everything was well taken care of, and I would highly recommend LP Vilas to anyone visiting Dehradun.

I recently stayed at this luxury hotel during a week-long business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded expectations in every category—particularly food and service. Every interaction felt personalized, which made a demanding work schedule much more manageable. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. The breakfast buffet was vast, offering everything from freshly baked pastries and artisan cheeses to made-to-order omelets and regional delicacies. Lunch and dinner at the in-house restaurant were equally impressive, with a menu that balanced international favorites and local cuisine. I often invited clients to dine here, and they were just as impressed by the ambiance and quality. Room service was equally reliable—quick, accurate, and beautifully presented. In short, this hotel understands the needs of business traveler, seamless service, exceptional food, and quiet luxury that lets you focus on work without compromising on comfort. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next visit.

We are so glad that we chose LP Vilas for my brother's wedding. The staff was highly attentive and ensured that every aspect of the event from decor to logistics was taken care of. We were in different time zones but the event planners collaborated patiently and effectively to cater to our expectations making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Chef Chandan and his team deserve a special mention for crafting a diverse menu. All the dishes were flavorful and well-presented. The guests especially loved the traditional Indian delicacies for their quality and freshness. His culinary expertise and the entire staff's dedication added a unique charm to the celebrations.
