The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Our hot air balloon ride cancel because of bad weather, they help us to search for the possibility of hot air balloon ride on the next few days and helped us to figure out the feasible options in order to take a balloon ride. It’s a great experience for tourist. And the little owner (a dog name max) is very cute too!!!
