The apartment was big, but dirty; the walls were so dirty, and the floor as well. Beds were made fine, we had issues with the bathroom in one bathroom. Overall, the place was ok to sleep, 4 mins or less away from the Duomo, but what really did it for us, which is listed but we ignored, but I wouldn't ever again is the noise! The trash pickup at 5 am and all the noise throughout the night was an absolute nightmare. The place is okay I guess, but just a few things to keep in mind.

Hi Eva, I apologize for the problems that you had in the apartment. Our maintenance team is going today to repaint the apartment. Since it is located in a very central area of the city you can expect the normal amount of noise from a metropolitain area.

The location was conveniently located near all the tourist sights however, it was loud at night.

Un apartamento muy cómodo para 6 personas, central cerca de todo, moderno. La comunicación con las personas fue muy buena, necesitamos cobijas extras y inmediatamente nos las enviaron. Definitivamente regresaría de nuevo.

Can’t beat this location. One block away from the Duomo, one block away from the Academia. The place is clean, has 2 bathrooms and is in general comfortable. No elevator but that’s expected as the building is very old and such buildings never have elevators in Italy. Heating worked fine as it was cold outside during our stay. It was 5 of us and we were very comfortable. For the price it is hard to beat.

The location is fantastic. Close to a variety of dining and cultural landmarks. A very walkable location. The condition of the property is not as pristine as in the pictures and does need a refresh and repairs to a few things. This was communicated to concierge at their request for look at, once I made note of a couple of pre-existing things. The concierge, through WhatsApp, are very friendly and helpful. Only one concern of this location is the trash pick up across the street is very noisy at 5 am every day. Overall a very nice place, great location for 2 couples and 2 children/singles.
