Luxury villa, hidden away, with a large living room with a large sofa and traditional sofa bed, 4 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 3 bathrooms (only 1 bathroom with a bathtub), a simple kitchen and dining table, and a terrace with beautiful city and mountain views. Due to its elevated location, there are stairs and no wheelchair access. Ideal for 8 people. A maximum of 12 people (including children and infants) are allowed, as shown in the photos, without any additional charges. Please ensure the maximum capacity is met. If the room exceeds the maximum capacity, the staff will ONLY allow guests to check in within the applicable capacity requirements. No excuses will be accepted. Check-in is from 3.00 PM to 11:30 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp. [No early check-in or late check-out for any reason] Limited cleaning service available [12:00 PM to 3:00 PM]. Guests staying two or more nights must have their villa cleaned during cleaning service hours and must be away from the villa for the comfort of both parties. Requires two original ID cards (no photocopies). They cannot be replaced with a driver's license. Passports are only for foreign nationals. Deposits are 1.200 K non-cash and non-refundable. Deposits will be returned within approximately 2 hours after the entire room has been inspected for any defects or damage. Private parking is available for one car. Other facilities are outdoor 3 cars, free parking [no tips please]. Pets are not permitted. Doing anything illegal is prohibited. Silent hours are from 11:30 PM - 6:00 AM. By making a reservation, the guest is deemed to have read and agreed to all applicable regulations. In the event of a violation, the property reserves the right to refuse check-in without any refund.
