Nos alojamos en la torre 4. Tiene una agradable piscina y la ubicación es buena. Playa cercana y supermercado enfrente. Mucho aparcamiento por la zona gratis, a pesar de ser época de verano. Los apartamentos necesitan actualizar un poco pero tienes todo lo necesario.

Where do I start !! Firstly after reading reviews I contacted on 3 occasions to find out from Sunshine Holidays were to check in,no answer, so reviews told me check-in at Splash, walk about 5mins walk,find it and it's CLOSED UNDER CONSTRUCTION, Had to ring sunshine and was told i had to travel over 5kms away to get checked in at a different hotel..€20 in taxi,and €150 deposit later ..2hrs after drop of we finally get to tower block 2, 25th floor, pleasently surprised to find a really nice big apartment with massive balcony, booked a twin room got a double bed and sofa bed which was rubbish as it didn't stay together, unfortunately that's were gud things end, apartment had dirty floors, bathroom,balcony table,bed had long black hairs,sofa bed pull out bit was gross stained and hairs,no hairdryer,no iron, heater when switched on moved around the room, no oven in kitchen, no kettle, glasses and plates dirty , WiFi took forever to find which 1 was the right 1, bed was like lying on a stone block,noise from above and below really loud at night, 2 itchy and dirty blankets and it was freezing at nighttime..slept in clothes to stay warm and protect me from dirty blankets touching my skin, nowhere to pyt clothes in wardrobe as all drawers were full of towels and sheets, couldn't contact anyone about new blankets or dirty floors, no reception were we stayed wasn't going back in2 Benidorm paying more €.No pool access ,no bar,wasn't a hotel it was an apartment block residents live there , Overall area was beautiful and in a quieter part of Benidorm. Beach literally 2 mins walk away..spent alot of time there,.Very beautiful place Finestrat.
