Unit 218 should not be rented out. Primary bedroom mattress has a valley in the middle, electrical cords everywhere, kitchen poorly stocked (3 forks, no good pans), nutcracker holding up a chandelier, dryer vent not attached to dryer, claw marks in secondary bathroom, and refrigerator is leaking - have to put a new towel in every morning. Run away.

Stayed in Mainsail 433. We loved the condo. Well taken care of. It is easy to get to and right on the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. I know all these condos are staged differently, but we really liked 433. You can tell the owners take very good care of the place.

We rented unit 382 off the facebook page. The 3 bedroom unit was clean, quiet and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The community grills were available, rarely busy. The heated pool is a little bit of a walk but well worth it. We did not use the tennis/pickelball court but we did watch people play. The morning ocean view was wonderful. There was a little construction going on but we were at the beach during the day so we didn't really hear much of the noise. I can't wait to go back

The condo itself was GREAT and very comfortable with many accommodating features. Couldn't have asked for more. The rules of the condo on the other hand...oh my. Let's start with the parking. Only 2 vehicles allowed for a 2 br condo that has a reservation for 6 adults. Even though at night, I counted 15 to 20 open parking spaces [not counting the "owners only"], the guards would not allow a 3rd vehicle in. I overheard them reject a person coming to visit a guest because that reservation's vehicle limit had already been met. They wouldn't let our 3rd vehicle unload either. Had to go next door to the hotel to unload to another car. Most of the parking, BTW, is for "owners only". These are the lots closest to the condos. 1/3rd of which were also empty the hole week we stayed. 2nd 'rule' that erks me is on the beach. It is how the chairs and umbrellas are set out for the guests. The chairs for "owners" face the ocean. Chairs for "guests" are in a bell curve away from the ocean facing each other. Again, most of the chairs for "owners" were empty. This brings up a 3rd 'rule' that any tents or other beach chairs have to be further away from the ocean and are NOT allowed between the umbrellas and the ocean. Finally, the location of the resort is awkward getting in/out of to get to the main hwy. Fla makes me want to puke in so many ways but MiramarBeach is becoming 'classic' Fla and not in the good 'classic' kind of way. It's more of bad Fla 'classic'. You know where only $$$$ gets real rest & relaxation and others get ripped off for a fake fla facade. If my family didn't like Fla so much, I'd only go as a stop enroute to a better destination (Caribbean). Anyway, I have a strong feeling that these are not so much JUST problems with the Mainsail as it is a municipal condition that all Miramar resorts fall under. I will try Miramar Beach one more time at a different resort and see if I get the same feel. Better luck (experience) next time.

We stayed in Mainsail 463. Ad said renovated? Not close. Upon arrival,had to replace master and queen bath door knobs. Condo had a moldy smell. Queen bath had mold on ceiling. Curtains were torn. I had to purchase clips to create darkness in condo. Master sink stopped up. That was day one. Smell never got any better.

First, let me say the location was perfect! We had 2 young teenage girls along with 3 other kids and I picked this location purposely so we could see them on the beach from our room. The view was fantastic. This was probably one of the best stocked condos we've stayed in as it had a crock pot, colander, lots of utensils. However, we did have 7 people and there were only 7 plates, 7 bowls, minimal dining utensils, etc so we had to either wash after every meal or run the dishwasher (that leaks a little on the floor so watch out!) Also would be nice to have an ice cream scoop and pizza pan. Some of the utensils were melted or cut into as well, so maybe a refreshing of the stock would be good. The space was excellent and we loved that they had the washer/dryer, large living room with plenty of seating, decent deck. Also included 3 boogie boards and you could check out tennis and shuffleboard equipment during the day. The game room was dumb, almost all just grab games, only 2 actual video games. The heated pool was nice. Now the not so great...wifi was very spotty and not on a password protected network. This made it very difficult as my husband had to work from the condo. The first night the wifi didn't work because we were told MSL 133 one day and MS 132 the next even though our room was 133. The day we checked in, we didn't have any linens for the pull out couch and since we had 4 girls and a boy, the boy slept on the pull out with no linens except some pillows we gave up from our bed. Parts of the bunk bed were broken, there were large wet stains in the kid bunk bed room, and one of the shelves in the fridge were broken as well. We tried to contact vacasa, but I sat on hold for over 1.5 hours before I gave up (this was on a Sunday.) I was finally able to get a hold of someone Monday by text and they sent someone over, just to give us linens. Also, beware, beach service is NOT included with this room as was advertised. I went down early the first morning, and found out from the guy setting up that if we got beach service, we could take 2 chairs from the u-shape being set up, the line of chairs are for owners. No problem...set up there and hung out till the kids came down. We were probably there till around 2pm, with a ton of stuff since I had 5 kids with me, when someone came over checking to make sure we got beach service. I told her our unit number and she said we don't get it. I showed her that it was included in our reservation and she said sorry, we weren't on the list, but she wouldn't make me pay or move since we had so much stuff around. But did let me know we would have to pay the next day. We drove down and could have brought stuff, but didn't because we were promised this in the reservation. Again, got a hold of someone by text and they said they were under the assumption we got it, but maybe something changed. She said she would bring us 2 chairs and an umbrella for the rest of the week. She did, but the umbr
