酒店门有些难找，不过位置很好。早餐和其他欧洲的酒店一样只能説一般。服务很不错，健身房里器械也多一些。

Great central location, close to the Promenade des Anglais and restaurants, with easy car access. My Supérieure room was small and compact, but very well thought out, everything fits in, and still luxurious: very nice, stylish, well equipped, and with a decent sea view. The sound proof windows keep the room quiet at night. But the bedding is too soft and the duvet over-thick. Also it quickly gets too warm without the air-conditioning, despite the only moderate outdoor temperatures. And the lights are difficult to operate. Breakfast is excellent, very good quality, in a splendid dining room with lovely views over the sea or the city and hinterland. The main downside is the service. On average something around one out of every five interactions with staff or services rendered is a failure. Especially at breakfast: unwelcoming, uninterested, unenthusiastic, and forgetting your order, luckily two ladies did prevent total disaster. The valet parking can also be badly organised, although individually the valets are good enough. Rather dead atmosphere. And there can be loud private concerts just in front of the hotel, from afternoon until late into the evening. I would look for another hotel if I return to Nice, even though not sure to find one better, that is Nice:-(

Accueil chaleureux par tout le personnel qui est très disponible, souriant et bienveillant. Emplacement de l’h?tel parfait. Literie et coussins très confortables. Petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Expérience à revivre avec plaisir.

Découverte de cet h?tel, un havre de paix, les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses. L’accueil est très sympathique, le restaurant succulent, les conseils sur les vins, champagne sont parfait. Je tiens à remercier tous les acteurs qui font de cet h?tel un endroit ou l’on s’y sent comme dans un cocon.

Très bel et grand établissement idéalement situé entre la place Massena et la promenade des anglais à moins de 150m . Le service est impeccable et professionnel ( du voiturier au concierge en passant par le personnel de chambre et la réception ) . La décoration est très soignée et de qualité . Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien équipées . Privilégiez les chambres dans les étages élevés avec vue sur la mer et le parc . Le spa est à faire évidemment ainsi que le restaurant sur le rooftop ( excellente cuisineo ) avec la piscine extérieure !! Je recommande les suites au dernier étage avec grand balcon

We had been watching the progress of the building works for a while and decided to book a short 4 night stay for my 60th birthday in early August. We had visited in late April just for evening cocktails on the rooftop terrace so we had an idea that it would be excellent. Room 408 is a sea view junior suite. A decent size room with two balconies (just about enough room for two little chairs on each balcony). The location is ideal - lovely view of the sea, yet set back from the busy Promenade des Anglais. There were a couple of fairly short concerts in the park opposite which we enjoyed on two evenings. Abba songs one evening and a Supertramp tribute band who were excellent. Wonderfully comfy bed and great duvet and pillows. Open plan bathroom with twin basins. Shower didn’t have great pressure but was spacious. The separate dressing room with plentiful storage was perfect. The loo is entirely separate and near the front door - good planning! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace terrace with the view is a great start to the day. The selection is ok although I’ve had better in other 5* hotels. We had one morning by the pool on the rooftop which was relaxing and a nice change to the beach clubs. All in all a great stay and we are planning a return visit in a few months. Room was €1200 a night - pricey, but Nice is! We thought it was ok value. I have iPrefer membership which this hotel recognises, so I’ll eventually get money back on a future booking via points. Definitely recommended!

The staff at Maison Albar is one of the nicest in Europe. The staff at breakfast made we want to hit the snooze alarm on my departure date. The concierge made magic happen at the restaurants locals loved. Their enthusiasm seemed limitless. There were however some instances where I wished for some finishing touches. Such as when we had the "Do Not Disturb" button on after a transatlantic trip - only to have staff ask if they could deliver turndown service. Their gym is in desperate need of an elliptical intead of that miserable outdated stair stepper they have currently. Their carpet looks like a reconstituted rescue from a cheap recycling project. Also, they need to raise their hallway lights; they could hurt the average basketball player! But other than those details, I liked my experience and hope to visit again.

une nuitée c'est trop court pour profiter pleinement des lieux mais quel plaisir. l'accueil y est remarquable, et le lieu somptueux. la décoration y est soignée, et tout est mis en oeuvre pour passer un délicieux séjour
