A sublime retreat boutique hotel in an astoundingly spectacular setting. Olivier and Giannis are the welcoming owners who shepherd you through the experience while you relax in your architecturally designed room that we never wanted to leave. Giannis is chef and Olivier curates your stay without imposing. i did not want to write this review lest the secret be out but I so want others to enjoy it as well! Dreaming of a return visit!

We loved our stay here for 3 nights. Chef Giannis cooked us a phenomenal meal the first night which we quaffed with great French Rose champagne to celebrate. It's really hard to beat the view. The rooms are amazing with private pools (a bit cold as we were end of season) and a gorgeous main infinity pool with grand views. A great starting place for an adventurous off road hike to the church at the end of the rock wall -- it took us 4 hours out and bank but it's not for the faint of heart but we had to reach the church to get the geocache that was hidden there. The drive on the unfinished road is also not for the faint of heart but we love adventure driving. We really appreciated how the Olivier and Giannis went above and beyond in every way. We took advantage of the small fitness center and enjoyed hearing some vintage Madonna and Depeche Mode while working out. Breakfast was lovely every morning and Giannis will cook up any type of egg. Thanks so much for an A+ stay.

My stay at Maison Meltem in Agia Pelagia was truly exceptional. Every morning started perfectly with a freshly made breakfast, prepared with care and delicious local ingredients. My room had a beautiful sea view, making each sunrise unforgettable. A special thank-you to Giannis and Olivier, who made the experience even better with their warm hospitality and genuine kindness. They were always ready to help and made me feel right at home. Maison Meltem is a peaceful, stylish place that offers comfort, amazing service, and an ideal location in Agia Pelagia. I highly recommend it and would happily return!

The property itself is beautiful — stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. But the real magic is in the breathtaking view — overlooking the sea, it’s simply spectacular. We spent hours just admiring the scenery from the terrace, it felt like paradise!

Juste exceptionnel. Magnifique aménagement dans un cadre superbe, vue idyllique, encore plus beau que le site ne le laisse deviner. Bienveillant et amical accueil. Tout est de qualité, literie top, matériaux haut de gamme, sobre et très chic. Cuisine absolument délicieuse, calme absolu, on a pas envie d'en partir. Mention spéciale pour la collection de cactus. Plus bel h?tel/chambre d'h?te de Crète et de très loin. Ne pas passer à coté.
