Beautiful property!
We loved our stay at Maison Orsini! Our host was so kind and helpful. The view from the room is stunning and breakfast was fresh, local, and delicious. We were able to walk to downtown Avignon with a baby stroller.

This was such a wonderful surprise to find a truly special accommodation just outside Avignon. Folco was such a terrific host & if there was anything we needed, he made sure we had it. We can’t imagine a more spectacular view from our private patio & room. A secret gem that we will share with all our friends. Jon & Tracey

Maison Orsini is a beautiful selection of historic buildings that open onto a courtyard and garden. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and the views from the Maison over Avignon and beyond are spectacular. About 20 minutes will walk you over to Avignon or there is a bus at the bottom of the road. Villeneuve Les Avignon is a lovely town with great places to eat and a castle overlooking the countryside. Our host, Folco, could not have been more helpful and supplied a wonderful breakfast every morning which was composed of local produce including cheeses, ham, bread, fruit and other food. Folco is also a great help in recommending restaurants and activities. He was a superb host.
I could go on, but it would be fair to say that Maison Orsini was one of the best places we have ever stayed, we were looked after so well and we absolutely would go back again. The views alone from the terrace as you eat your breakfast are justification enough to book.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't the place. If you want to experience French hospitality in an authentic setting, i recommend WITHOUT RESERVATION. The owner was so nice snd accommodating and made great recommendations for restaurants that served only what was in season. In addition, they had their own "pop up" restaurant onsite. We had one of the best meals imaginable with a 4 course pre-fixed menu. Also central for visits to Nimes, Arles, Pont du Garde and other locals.

Hidden gem
A real pearl! Nice rooms and surroundings, great views to the Palais des Papes and Mont Ventoux! Falco is very welcoming host! We will definitely recommend to stay here although it is on the other side of the river from Avignon.
