THANKS for the review , breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED if you want you hav to request me and cost 7 euro a day a person in a very near caffe . Yes I have smoke detectors in all areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the structure, and there are appropriate signs to prove it ! best regards serena

Aire acondicionado funcionó bien, televisión con internet y Netflix incluido. Agua caliente. Ba?o en buen estado. El único detalle fue que al no haber recepcionista llegamos en la noche y todo fue un poco confuso al momento de la entrada ya que es autónoma, sugiero se envíe un video paso por paso con una foto de la entrada de la propiedad para evitar algún tipo de confusión o susto. La localización es buena.

Очень удобное расположение отеля – до основных достопримечательностей удобно добираться пешком. Номер неплохой, но есть нюансы. Во-первых, в середине октября было прохладно, хотя мы включали кондиционер в режиме обогрева. Нет тапочек, а пол ледяной, особенно в ванной, куда эффект обогрева будто не доходит. Во-вторых, было всего два пластиковых стакана, хотя у нас была не одна ночь пребывания. В-третьих, шкаф скрипит при каждом движении, пыль на изголовье кровати и на светильниках будто не протиралась давно.

Our room was clean and the location was about a 15 minute walk from a lot of the major landmarks. The hosts were helpful through WhatsApp and did a nice refresh cleaning of our room. The air conditioning in the room was also the best we’ve had in Italy so far!! We had a quite an issue however, with the water pressure in our shower. We were only staying for two nights, so didn’t feel the need to mention it to the hosts as it wouldn’t impact us for too long. But, while showering we often experienced the water completely losing pressure, so much so that we thought we had accidentally turned the water off. It would eventually come back, but it was never very strong to begin with. This made showering a little difficult.

Prompt help from front desk Ms.Serena by given clear institutions how to get in to the hotel & calling taxi for us to depart, toilet clearing has room to improve, otherwise a good stay when we were in Florence.

Everthing is perfect, making a favourable impression for me, specifically for its cleanliness, service, ementities and location( 4 mins to city centre by bus) Besides, this room and environment is a bit traditiinal, but i am really fond of it. Overall, pretty nice.
