Good location near to city center, plenty of takeaways and cafes nearby. Hostel was clean and clean peaceful. Beds were comfy and clean. Guys on reception are really helpful and super friendly.

Cozy place to stay if you just somewhere for sleeping in Birmingham. The stuff is nice. Not that close to New street station though.

Beds are clean and tidy, common areas are functional, and basic amenities are all covered. The location is super convenient—close to transport links and shopping areas, making getting around a breeze. Staff are friendly and respond quickly to queries. Great value for money, a top pick for backpackers. Will definitely stay again!

地方很好找，从大马路拐过来就是，路口有公交车站，也很方便。

房间蛮安静 住在负一层所以没有窗户 但是我仅仅只是住一晚睡觉 不影响我。床铺和衞生间都很乾净还有门帘 床比较软 房间内就有厕所和浴室很方便 房间内还有全身镜和梳粧台 前台有免费的柠檬水喝 非常新鲜！只是我的床头灯坏了没有维修 一晚上吱吱响非常影响我的睡眠 告诉了他们希望能马上修好。

Overall, quite good. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and patient. Room is okay, but the mattress is a bit soft.
