La camera peccava di pulizia adeguata, per il prezzo.
Scarsa illuminazione generale.
Il tubo per l’acqua del bagno è eccessivamente rumoroso (sia nel tirare l’acqua che nello scarico).
Nella mail di benvenuto (l’unico reale contatto, dato che vi è self check in e non abbiamo incontrato nessuno sia in ingresso che in uscita) ci erano state promesse acqua di benvenuto e caffè. Ebbene, l’acqua non c’era. Per il caffè di benvenuto, invece, i caffè c’erano. Peccato che non c’era una tazzina per poterlo bere.
Buona posizione rispetto al centro di Firenze.

Everything was great. Clean room, big TV with Netflix, coffee machine, staff explained check-in and check-out, how to use front door entrance code and where to leave the key when we leave. hotel centrally located.

L’emplacement fait toute la différence. Proche de tout à pied: 10 minutes du Palazzo Vecchio et 10 minutes de la gare centrale. Le lieu en lui-même… Correcte pour voyager à peu de frais vue l’emplacement. Grande chambre de bain. Produits fournis pour se laver. Sèche-cheveux. Petit frigo. Super cafetière. Propre. Pas si bruyant, mais nous étions en novembre. On y retournerait!

Overall everything was good. Our room didn’t get serviced during our 3 night stay. Unclear if that’s normal or not. They were surprisingly cheap with toilet paper. We were running out and requested more, and they only gave us 1 more. When we were running out again they told us to just go into the kitchen room and grab more but we only found a roll that was half full.
The design of the washroom is a bit strange. There’s a full length window in the shower that opens to the main room, and they just blocked it with something.
But the location was great and in waking distance of all the major sites.

Located in a great area of Florence. Walking distance to many great dining options and to the Santa Maria Novella piazza.

This property was very clean and cute. The location was great and within walking distance to all amenities. However, the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell. The shower door and the knob to turn the shower on and off weren’t easy to use. We couldn’t get the water to turn on and when we finally did, the knob fell off. The door would not glide and was misaligned. We notified the representative, she was very understanding and came to inspect and fix the problem-temporarily I supposed. The air conditioning in one room did not work, so we had to use a fan we found in the hallway. The beds weren’t very comfortable either. Overall, this property has potential but a lot of work needs done with the plumbing system, air conditioning system, and better mattresses for their beds.
