Thanks for your review, the staff didn't clean your room that day because until lunch you had don't disturb on your room, after lunch you had cancelled it but it was too late to have cleaned the room. Though one of our staff from the bar has cleaned your room in the afternoon so we have solved the problem the same. What about the swimming pool, we never open the outdoor swimming pool in May but we always open it at the beginning of June so when you where here it was too early to use it.
