Beautifully built resort. Good hospitality and food was very tasty. All staff was very humble. Nice stay there and we had a great time there.

It's a very beautiful resort with mesmerizing view..Food was also nice..The hospitality of the staff was excellent.. The staff was very cooperative and supportive..And a special mention to Mr Naveen Sharma and his team who arranged for all our requirements during the stay.. We would surely recommend all the visitors to choose this resort for their stay in Chail ...

We visited Maple Resort, Chail on our recent visit to Chail for Dinner and family outing. We were staying in Char Chinar Cottage, Chail and contacted Naveen Kumar, GM of the property. He was so courteous and proactive that is himself picked us from the cottage and ensured that we are dropped also after dinner. This beautiful property is surrounding by lush green Mountain View. We liked the restaurant, it’s ambiance, hospitality and servitude shown by the staff. The food was very tasty and presentation was also excellent. Certainly, this restaurant is one of the best fine dining places in Chail. Thanks to Naveen Kumar for making our evening and dining so enjoyable and memorable. I would recommend this resultant to everyone looking for fine dining in Chail.

The approach from Dharampur to the site may have been tiresome but what awaited us in this serene location was Bliss. A very beauiful and well maintained property that was a treat to the eyes. The rooms were large with a great view. The Housekeeping team was efficient in servicng these rooms. The staff at the Reception and the Restaurants were very courteous, hospitable and loving. The food was awesome and my taste buds kept yearning for more. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter with the other guests residing in the property. The 3 night stay came to an end rather soon and we left a little sad but committed to return in the future. My best wishes to one and all associated with MAPLE RESORT, CHAIL.

Make sure you are alloted the right room category since the room which we stayed did not look like executive room. It is common trick which all hotels follow. Inferior category of room was awarded to us and we had no choice since the entire hotel was full. Only saving grace was the food which was very good.

We stayed at Maple Resort for 3 nights. The S.deluxe room accommodation was spacious and lovely. The scenic beauty of Chail from the living balcony was amazing as the property is surrounded by pine trees. We had sumptuous snacks and great buffet meals.Lovely music and DJ made the evening much more enjoyable. Thank you Mr. Neeraj and team of taking good care. Enjoyed the stay.

The resort was very beautiful,staff members are very cooperative and the resort was full of nature with flowers . Lunch breakfast and dinner was outstanding.I really love the resort for everything they were providing to their customers.
