Todo realmente perfecto. El entorno, los ba?os públicos, las áreas de descanso...todo muy bonito, bien cuidado y limpio, muy limpio. Las tiendas, de lujo, la cama súper cómoda. La comida riquísima, preparada con mimo, muy variada para poder elegir. Las charlas de la tarde en la hoguera, muy interesantes. Todo el personal súper amable, atento, sonriente, deseando siempre que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Especial mención a Samsom, nuestro guía en los safaris, un gran hombre. Además de ser amable y muy cercano, se nota que le apasiona su trabajo y eso se traduce en una mejor experiencia para los clientes. Siempre esforzándose por encontrar a todos los animales, por colocarse en la mejor posición respetándoles lo máximo posible, lo que para nosotros es de gran importancia. Vimos muchísimos, aparte de los "imprescindibles", lo cual es una gran suerte y estamos muy agradecidos. Nos hizo disfrutar un montón. Todo esto unido al grupo de hipopótamos que solía estar en el río que bordea el campamento, a las mangostas que nos visitaban a la hora del desayuno, los sonidos nocturnos de las hienas y otros muchos animales, el cielo estrellado como no he visto en ningún otro lugar...hizo que esos días fueran realmente buenos. Lo llevamos todo en nuestras retinas y en nuestro corazón. Asante sana.

Wir waren im Mara Intrepids am Talekfluss gut aufgehoben. Gute Einrichtung im Zelt - gehobenes Ambiente, gutes Essen - gehobene Küche und freundliche Bedienung. Das Camp ist optimal gelegen, direkt neben Flugpiste und Zentral für die 3 t?glichen Safaris. Wir konnten viele Tiere beobachten und hatten eine gute Zeit. Mara Intrepids ist zu empfehlen.

Wir kommen gerade zurück von unserer Safari im Mara Intrepids Camp in der Masai Mara und sind noch immer überw?ltigt und begeistert von unseren Erfahrungen. Besonders hervorheben m?chten wir unseren Fahrer und Safari Guide Joab, der ein liebenswürdiger und lustiger Fahrer mit perfekten Fachkenntnissen ist. Er hat einen sechsten Sinn für die Tiere, so dass er nicht einmal lange suchen musste, bis er Tiere gefunden hat und wir somit teilweise sogar der erste Jeep, an der ein aufregendes wildes Tier gefunden hat. Er kann auch jede noch so ausgefallene Frage zu den Tieren oder der Natur an sich beantworten. Joab schafft es auch bei gro?em Andrang einen Platz zu finden, so dass man die perfekte Sicht auf ein Tier hat. Er hat es sogar geschafft, dass wir an einem Tag die gesamten Big Five gesehen haben (was natürlich auch Glückssache ist, aber ohne ihn h?tten wir es am Abend wahrscheinlich nicht mehr geschafft das Nashorn zu sehen). Auch die Anlage des Camps ist, ist in einem wunderbaren Zustand. Die Zelte haben einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Talek und bieten alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Room Service wird zweimal am Tag durchgeführt. Morgens werden die Zelte auf Vordermann gebracht, und abends werden die Moskitonetze angebracht, das Zelt verschlossen und man bekommt eine W?rmflasche ins Bett, da es in der Nacht tats?chlich sehr kalt wird. Auch die Kellner und die Restaurantleiterin in dem Restaurant waren ALLE liebenswert, nett zuvorkommend und man h?tte sich keine Besseren wünschen k?nnen - das gilt ebenso für die gesamte Belegschaft ?. Es gibt leckeres Essen das abwechslungsreich und lecker und darüber hinaus nicht schwer im Magen liegt, sodass man auch gleich wieder fit für die n?chste Ausfahrt ist. Irgendwie schaffen es die Angestellten, dass du zu keinem Zeitpunkt Moskitos in den Innenbereich des Hotels findest, was die Erfahrungen noch einmal angenehmer macht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder zurückkommen.

Intrepids is the perfect place to relax and recharge after game drives in the savannah. Breakfast was really good, but, the evening meals are amazing! Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend!!

From the moment we arrived to a traditional Masai welcome we knew this was a special place. This was an amazing trip of a lifetime to visit the Masai Mara. The Mara Intrepid ‘camp’ was incredible. Sited by the river, they managed to combine a sense space, tranquility and being in the Mara with very comfortable accommodation and facilities. Our tent was right next to the river and had all the amenities we required, though we quickly realised this holiday is not about spending time inside. The service from all the staff was second to none. While we don’t consider ourselves to be high maintenance guests, they met all our needs and it was clear they would try to accommodate all requirements where possible. On the rare occasion a situation arose they would do their best to resolve it, quickly. The team on site were polite, professional, helpful and very friendly. The customer service they provided was some of the best we have experienced. They made the whole trip memorable. It was also clear there were many repeat guests which speaks volumes for their well deserved reputation. The food was very tasty and well presented. While the menu was limited, we observed they were willing to go above and beyond to meet specific dietary requirements. The chefs attitude and willingness to accommodate was impressive. The reason for our visit was the safari and this experience was beyond what we had hoped. Our driver, Samson, was incredible. He demonstrated knowledge of the Mara and insight into the animals behaviour. His driving as extremely capable in a demanding environment. While listening to our ‘demands’ to see certain animals, we realised that by allowing him to use his expertise to guide the trips, the experience would be more enriching. As a result we saw ‘the big 5’ and soooo much more. We learned so much from him about the Mara, the animals and the people. It was a joy to spend many hours with him in the vehicle. Most of all his friendly manner and laughter meant we left with a friend, not just a driver. We would have no hesitation in recommending him. Finally, we splashed out in the morning balloon flight. It is not cheap but we viewed it as a one off opportunity to see the Mara from the air. It was well worth the 5am start and the whole experience was incredible. The pilot was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Everyone one enjoyed the flight. Added to this was a champagne breakfast among the animals. We would highly recommend Mara Intrepid for its location (stay inside the park) , the facilities, the service, quality of safaris and the Mara experience. We hope to go back. One day!

The Mara Intrepid camp in the beautiful Maasai Mara was a wonderful experience. The camp was very well organized and designed to provide a great experience. The service was excellent, the camps themselves comfortable and provided that “ romantic “ African feel. The bar was staffed with friendly hosts and the restaurant served wonderful meals. Pool area very nice and lots of locations to sit and relax. All in all the Mara Intrepid camp was a great place and my only regret is not staying longer ! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The Mara Intrepids exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, kept tidy and clean, and the staff are extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. Everything was a breeze and we hardly had to lift a finger! The Safari guide was fantastic. I would recommend this place to everyone!

A verry nice place to stay at the bank of a river with great view from our tent. We stayed here several days to visit the Masai Mara en we really enjoyed it , great staff and great food, also a great service like wake up call with coffee, and a hot water bottle for the cold nights.

We just returned from an amazing trip to Kenya. Two of our nights were spent at the Mara Intrepids, Masai Mara and it was fabulous! The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Service at the restaurant, gift shop and reception were all excellent. The entire staff was very friendly and quite proud to share their knowledge of their country. Special shout-outs to Nixon, Mark and Daisy for the tour of the Masai home and traditions. It was a wonderful experience.
