Actually ended up at CR 7 Pestana, because Amma was full. Trip.com was excellent finding a solution for my stay, since I’d already paid and been accepted at Amma

La posizione dell'hotel è buona per chi vuole stare vicino al centro di Lisbona ma non proprio nella zona turistica. Si trova tra due fermate di metro: linea rossa fermate Saldhana con collegamento diretto da/per l'aeroporto e linea verde fermata Arrios collegata con il centro (Rossio , Martina moniz). La zona è ricca di supermercati, posti dove mangiare, farmacie. La struttura è un palazzo antico con azulejos ben ristrutturato. E poi ci sono i sorrisi di Fernando, Anna e Adriana pronti ad accogliere l'ospite, consigliarlo e indirizzarlo. Buonissima la colazione. Le stanze ( stanza doppia n. 205) con tutti comfort. In special modo acqua e macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Io ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi.

Ottimo hotel! Personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e moderne. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana. La colazione è top. Veramente buona e variegata. Che dire di più ? Se torno a Lisbona, torno di sicuro in questo hotel! Ho passato una bellissima vacanza!!

There’s lots to like about this hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the staff are extraordinarily helpful, pleasant and available. The breakfast options are plentiful and quite reasonable and are offered inside or out. The hotel’s location could be a problem if one is unable to navigate the nearby Metro (5-10 minute walk). Since it is not in the touristy area near the water, the subway is a must. Otherwise the location offers plenty of nearby dining options. I much preferred Wine Hunters a few doors down, as well as Raffi’s Bagels close by. Other restaurants are a block away at the roundabout. If I did have an issue it was with the cramped bathroom in my room. If you are anywhere near 5’10 you will not be able to situate yourself on the commode in any normal straight manner, as the sink/vanity abuts too close. No toilet roll dispenser and virtually no sink counter space. The curved shower doors never did work as designed and the soap dispensers failed to adhere to tiled shower walls. The room itself was quite nice, bed comfortable and linen luxurious.
