Sch?ne ruhige Anlage in der N?he von Ierapetra. Wer den Luxus einer gro?en Anlage sucht aber nicht die Ma?en ist hier genau richtig. Nicht weit weg vom Strand aber wenn der Weg doch zu lang ist steht auch gleich ein Kleinbus vom Hotel da der jeden schnell hin und her bringt.

Un séjour excellent, un personnel au petit soin ! Certes la chambre a besoin de rénovation… Mise à part ?a rien à dire, accès facile au Mare Blue (tunnel ou navette) pour accéder à la plage. Possibilité de se restaurer dans la partie Village et Blue, boissons toutes comprises ! Une animation chaleureuse et dynamique pour ceux qui souhaitent sinon des espaces calmes sont également présent ! Je recommande le Mare Blue & Village pour tous ceux qui veulent découvrir le sud-est de l’?le !

Our stay at the hotel was great. The facilities were nice and the beach was fantastic. All the staff of the hotel were polite and very helpful especially the ladies at the reception. I will definitely choose it again for our next vacation.

Très bel établissement, la chambre que j’ai eu était entièrement rénovée et très spacieuse avec un joli balcon vue mer latérale. Le service au village est très bien, bar, restaurant, piscine, navette régulière pour descendre a l’autre h?tel Le personnel crétois est très sympathique, et l’équipe d’animation marmara au top. J’ai également profité de l’autre h?tel Mare Blue qui est egalement très beau. Je recommande les massages qui sont très efficaces et raisonnables niveau prix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici malgré un cas de force majeure (incendie et évacuation, géré à la perfection)

Points positifs : - belle structure d’h?tel - équipe d’animation Marmara au Top (Bravo) Points négatifs : - manque d’hygiène grave dans les chambres - restauration : c’est une simple cantine, extrêmement bruyante, vous n’avez qu’une hate, c’est d’en sortir!!! - Amabilité du personnel (hors animateurs Marmara). Comportement inadmissible pour un h?tel 4 étoiles Pour notre cas, nous étions logés au village. Le complexe du village est magnifique et calme. il faut simplement marcher un peu plus, ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problème. à notre arrivée, la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyé. L’état de la salle de bain était inadmissible. Pendant toute la semaine, il n’y a eu aucun nettoyage de la chambre. Les employés de nettoyage déposent simplement des draps sur votre lit, et c’est vous qui devez faire votre lit. On est censé être dans un quatre-étoiles. On voit que le personnel n’est pas formé et n’en a rien à faire. Nous avons fait plusieurs h?tels en Crète. Celui-ci est le pire, et pourtant pas moins cher. La prestation n’est même pas digne d’un deux étoiles.

This is a twin hotel of "Sunshine Crete Beach" Or "Mare blue" hotel. You get to stay at the smaller hotel while taking advantages of the bigger hotel as well. Overall positive experience, but after 5 days, not much to do. Positives: - Reality was more positive than the reviews. - Shuttle bus proactively drives up and down between the hotels. The driver was trying to help whenever possible. - Good amount of sunbeds. We always found some available both at the pool and at the beach. - The room was cleaned every day, room towels changed occasionally (Official policy is every 3 days). - New beach towels every day and free of charge or deposit. - Beach was clean and the sea was calm. - We were able to use All inclusive up until we left (in the afternoon). - Vast majority of the bars had pleasant stuff. The only unpleasant bartender "Vivi" changed the attitude mid our stay (to better). - Food - there was 1 Greek dinner and 1 seafood dinner. The rest of the days were non-thematic. Sometimes the food was good, sometimes it was bad but ok for the price. We always found something we liked. Neutral: - The quality of drinks differ between the bars. Some had good soft drinks, some had really watery. Some used discussing tap water. Some house wines were better at some bars than in others (although they should be the same). - The area is quite windy (I liked it, my wife a bit less). Negatives: - The toilets throughout the hotels were in bad shape. Sometimes the toilet was not even secured to the floor and was moving. They were cleaned, but not often enough. - Some bars use tap water for their soft drinks and it tastes bad. Especially the pool bar at the Beach hotel. - The room was not perfectly clean when we first came. There was some wall paint dust in the bathroom. - Our room (1201) was quite uphill. This added to the walking we had to do from the beach to the hotel (and then to the separate building uphill of the hotel). - The "evening entertainment" was mainly french. - Food: I was a bit disappointed in the offering of Olives. Only small ones were served.

Lovely stay at Sunshine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were greeted at 3am - room ready and some snacks in the room and much needed water. Amazing food with great variety. The ice cream was definitely a hit. Friendly kitchen staff who loved the chaos our 3 families with small children brought. Entertainment team were fantastic. We lived for the afternoon cocktail games and kids mini disco. Thank you Sunshine for making our stay so enjoyable. Efharisto poli
