We stayed a couple of nights over new year, the room was lovely, warm, spotlessly clean, comfortable and an amazing view. Lovely touch to have some fresh flowers and also chocolate treats in the guest living room. Close to main town, and both north and south bays. The host was lovely too. Would definitely stay again when we are visiting Scarborough

Kelly-Marie was an excellent host, very polite and courteous. Gave great recommendations regarding local businesses/pubs etc. Room was fantastic, very clean, spacious, modern bathroom/shower. Ocean views. Hope to be back in the future.

Lovely clean room, modern bathroom, great tea/coffee station and beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable bed, very quiet area. Lady who greeted us was funny, polite and informative. Free parking outside, lady gives you a pass to put in your car. Would definitely return here again.

Was a great location with a fantastic view from our room, which also had ample space. A table and chairs at the window made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The owner was super friendly and made us feel completely at home.

Perfect spot for exploring Scarborough. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Parking permit provided so we could park right outside. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent spotlessly clean with amazing views out to sea. Greeted by the owner on arrival. Stay you will not be disappointed.

We visit the marine view twice a year simply because it’s the best in Scarborough. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Kelly Marie is the perfect hostess and always makes a fuss of us when we return… we will be back soon

Returned from our fourth stay at Marine View, Yet again "Perfection Personified" was our take away impression of this Gem of a place, Kelly -Marie is so friendly and welcoming giving attention to detail in all areas needed to ensure your stay is "Outsanding" , super clean room, ultra comfy bed and pillows, modern wide- screen t.v, tea and coffee making facilities with replenished complimentary basket on a daily basis, also Kelly-Marie is a font of knowledge on places to visit, eateries and events happening over your stay should you need advice, also being situated close to the beach, town and attractions all within easy walking distance, we cannot thank Kelly -Marie enough for being the perfect host and we look forward to our next visit to enjoy the views and all great things scarborough has to offer. We had a very enjoyable stay in the sea view room on the third floor. The views are stunning over the wonderful bay from the room. The location is perfect for exploring both the North and South bays of Scarborough. Kelly-Marie is one of the nicest warm hearted hosts we have ever come across providing good knowledge of the area. She has good attention to detail with lots of lovely touches to the room. The beds were lovely and comfortable and nice fluffy towells and even a pair of binoculars were a lovely touch in the room.We really could not fault anything and look forward to returning to this little gem of a guest house at some point in the future.

Beautiful room with everything you could need. Easter treats added on arrival, biscuits, teas and coffee all weekend. Hosts very friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. Bed very comfortable. Everything very clean. Would definitely recommend to everyone x
