he location of the apartment was excellent. The stairs weren’t a problem for our family. Beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the 3 bed apartment for our family of 5. Kirsty did note a small welcome pack of amenities was provided on arrival, but all apartments I have visited through air BnB have included shower gel and shampoo, but this wasn’t included. I was also dismayed about having to pay $5 to hire a tiny $7 Kmart towel. Again, all apartments with a pool provide pool towels, OR at the very least should be noted on the booking that pool towels are not provided. A fact to note is that some of the apartments are privately owned and our next door neighbour had gone away, leaving dog poo on their balcony, so the smell of it in the heat was a bit bad, when on the back, top deck. Overall, good location, tidy, but ready for a good tidy up / deep clean.

We stayed for a week in December (2 adults, 2 teens) and had a wonderful time. Perfect location (handy to public transport and the beach) and a well appointed apartment that was clean and quiet. We used the pool every night - perfect for a late night cool down after a big day out.

We stayed at Markham Court for almost a month. Had absolutely everything we needed,was in the most perfect area for beach,shopping, dining and transport. Absolutely could not fault it and we will be definitely returning annually.

Great location to shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with laundry facilities. Vanity cupboard was dirty on arrival but this was quickly rectified. Comfortable accommodation but bathrooms somewhat dated and tired. Good parking with stairs up to apartment so not for the those with reduced mobility. Nice pool area and spa pool, although spa pool was not always hot. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great apartment - spacious, quiet, spotless and comfy. Super close to all facilities in Broadbeach. Easy after hours access on arrival and departure. Kirsty so friendly and helpful with local events, attractions and purchases. 100% recommend

We were 3x girlfriends travelling for the Blues on Broadbeach music festival. The location was absolutely superb, only a 3-minute walk to Surf Parade, the start of the restaurant and festival space. Easy walking access to the Oasis Shopping Complex, Victoria Park and the beach for shopping and festival events. We booked a 3x bedroom apartment and enjoyed that. Plenty of space, a good kitchen if required (we ate out the whole stay). There was a washing machine and dryer too in the downstairs bathroom. No lifts, but that was advised at the time of booking - no drama, as the complex is three stories. Great communications with Kirsty - a treasure! The outside pool and heated spa were a delight and the grounds were immaculate. Would recommend!
