My lovely lady and i stayed in The Old Dairy cabin and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Finding that we were the only ones on the whole property added to the adventure and to the serene feeling of wandering around with a glass or two of wine after a hilarious shower in the old dairy bathroom. You certainly deserve accolades for what you have succeeded in doing with your property. We will certainly be back. Your gardens, grassed area, and birds are just so peaceful, and the view to Mt Warning never fails to stir my soul after being born in town, and now living at sea on my yacht some 71 years ago. Did i mention, we will be back.....

We had a wonderful weekend in Uki and Murwillumbah staying in the Secret Cabin at Mavis’s. Comfortable accommodation with beautiful views, it was the perfect getaway for a couple. Dirt road to the cabin was a little hairy in the rain and I’m glad we were in an SUV. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

We stayed 2 nights in the Old Dairy when travelling the scenic rim - great accommodation with good kitchen facilities, wonderful site - v quiet when we were there, great garden with wonderful citrus. I recommend the Old Dairy for a couple. Close to the Old Post Office coffee shop at Uki !

The log cabin is so well equipped that I could live in it. Beautiful setting overlooking lake, gardens , forest. wrap-around veranda and fire was a wonderful place to sit around the outdoor fire, sip good wine, and watch the stars come out. Wonderful Hosts

The property is amazing! The old dairy cottage had so much character and was so comfortable with everything you could need. The shower looking at the stars is awesome. Highly recommend a relaxing stay at Mavis's.

We (two couples) had a beautiful long lunch at Mavis' restaurant, then stayed at the Farm House overnight. Staff at the restaurant were wonderful, really listened to the fact that we wanted to take our time. Very accommodating. Food was delicious. And there was an affordable champagne on the menu! The farm house was lovely, with a beautiful wood fire, and a big balcony. We were happy though there was only 4 of us, even though the Farm house sleeps 8, because downstairs is a converted lower level, which has low ceilings - not suitable for tall people. Thanks for having us. We will return!

Unbelievable setting, fantastic service, great food and wonderful accommodation. Highly recommend Mavis’ as a destination. The gardens are beautiful with lots of room for kids to play and explore. The accommodation wise very cosy and comfortable.

Delightful setting - Mt Warning in the background - whip birds providing greetings each morning - bushland surrounding - beautiful grounds - and quiet! Restaurant - obviously headed by a chef who loves his work and is keen to search for new ideas - like an alchemist. High quality offerings require a large and strong kitchen team which is certainly present here, together with a professional front-of-house team. A memorable stay for all the right reasons.

Stayed here for the 3 Night Package in the Old Dairy. Everything was fantastic & spotless. The Food & Service was unreal even though the Weather wasn't on our side. Our Son & Daughter In-law have booked to stay in the Long Cabin next Month. Haven't stopped raving about it to our friends. Can't wait to go back

Great family function. Excellent food. Very helpful when booking. Stayed in Farmhouse with 10 people. Very spacious. Beds very comfortable, coffee and tea facilities, relaxing environment, restaurant close to accomodation so easy walking.
