We had a great stay at the Medousa Suites!
The room was super clean, had everything we needed and the breakfast was perfect for what we wanted each morning. Loris was a pleasure to deal with and he helped enormously with anything we needed.
We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Taormina!

Великолепный отель с высоким уровнем сервиса, мы остались в полном восторге от данного заведения и уровня обслуживания, хотим поблагодарить менеджера с именем Loris и выражаем огромную благодарность, что смогли так чудесно провести у Вас время. Сервис данного заведения просто поразил сложилось впечатление, что мы дома, было очень приятно находится в данном месте, так же из плюсов хотим отметить: шикарный вид, удобное расположение, свою террасу, красивый отель и везде было максимально чисто.

great place to stay in the center of the little town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice stay..Suites are in a converted convent so there are steps and gardens to navigate. The attached restaurant is fantastic.

I would stay again! The property is so pretty ?? and we enjoyed the complementary morning juices, croissants, and yogurt.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were all lovely and Loris was especially helpful. Message in advance for instructions if you are driving - it’s simple enough but you need the instructions of where to bring your car. Paying for the hotel to take the car and park it was a great choice. Our suite was lovely and being so well located by the gates to the old town was just perfect

Sono stata in questo locale un anno fa per un addio al nubilato, tutto perfetto, difatti, quest’anno l’ho proposto per lo stesso evento ad un’altra comitiva di amiche. DELUSA. siamo arrivate alle 21, un po’ prima rispetto alla prenotazione21.30 (perché pioveva) e abbiamo chiesto, se nell’attesa del tavolo era possibile bere qualcosa, ci hanno fatto accomodare fuori, in piedi, per bere un calice di bollicine. vabbè! sistemano il tavolo e recuperano lo stesso e le sedie (con l’appoggio in paglia, da fuori (aveva appena fatto una burrascata), quindi mi fanno accomodare su una sedia bagnata, con un tavolo bagnato, quando lo faccio notare, mi cambiano la sedia indispettiti, RICORDO CHE IL TAVOLO è STATO PRENOTATO QUINDI SI SAREBBERO DOVUTI ASPETTARE IL NOSTRO ARRIVO E MAGARI RIENTRARE LE SEDIE PRIMA. vabbè! il cameriere, porello, straniero, parlava poco italiano ma c’ha comunque conquistate con il sorriso, ma avrebbe dovuto avere un minimo di formazione in sala, perché ha servito a tutte le forchette tenendole non dalla parte corretta o avvolte nei fazzoletti, ma impugnandole dal lato dove si mangia, apertura del vino con “botto” e altre piccoli disastri, che diventa inutile scrivere. mancanza totale di attenzione nel servire e nel proporre i piatti che ti aspetti da un locale di quel tipo, sia per i prezzi proposti che dalla “nomina”. vabbè! carta dei vini con i “buchi”:solo alla terza scelta della bottiglia siamo riuscite, perché per tutte le altre è stato un “al momento manca”. vabbè! concludo con il cibo, mediocre, povero e non all’altezza della prima volta che sono andata. e mi dispiace! mi dispiace perché avevo un ottimo ricordo, mi dispiace perché sono stata io a proporlo alle altre ragazze. mi dispiace perché potrebbe essere un’eccellenza a taormina ma si è lasciato montare la testa, probabilmente. spero sia stata solo UNA “brutta” serata e siamo state sfortunate noi.

Bellissima struttura, originale, ben curata, giardino splendido e camere di design. Accoglienza ottima, personale molto gentile, la colazione viene portata in camera quindi non molto varia ma molto buona comunque. Posizione perfetta. Un po’ caro ma ne vale la pena.
