The hotel is excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with lovely decoration. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout. The location is also fantastic: just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, yet without the hustle and crowds. The underground station is also only a few minutes away, which makes getting to and from the airport very convenient. If you enjoy walking, you can easily reach all the main sights on foot — the furthest ones are about a 20–30 minute walk away.

I booked this hotel for my birthday trip and all I can say was it was absolutely AMAZING! The service from the beginning of the trip to the end was great. The men who checked me and my husband in were so kind and welcoming. The ladies Olga and Danae were so kind and helpful. They made the reservations for us for the restaurants and gave us amazing recommendations each night. They really made my birthday trip so enjoyable and stress free. I will definitely book again!

The staff was pretty great. The interior of the hotel was really nice. It was like 80s money vibe we didn’t get to have the breakfast. It was our last day in Athens however something that it is challenging about this place is the location because it is in the center of downtown so if you’re gonna stay there just be mindful of not walking out late at night.

The room was great, and it was nice to have breakfast every morning. The hot tub on the roof with a view of the acropolis was awesome (closes Dec1). The neighborhood might be a deal breaker for some travelers. It was really not great. I was fine traveling with my husband, but I don’t think I would have been psyched to be in the Omonia area if I was traveling with a group of women.

I did enjoy the room size and cleanliness. I had a very bad time getting to the hotel and had to walk for 2 hours in pouring down rain because of a bicycle race. I don't blame the hotel, but I was very cold and irritable after I arrived. There were no rooms for us, and we had to wait for 2 hours to get a room. We had on wet and cold clothes still on from the walk.

Good option for Athens The hotel was reasonably priced for the style and location of the hotel. Omonia is not the best area of town but totally doable and safe for two girls. I have been to Athens many times so knew this already. It was a comfortable stay. The bathroom was more traditional style and a bit dated but it was clean and a good size. The rooftop was very nice. I was disappointed in the service there. We had ordered lunch. They brought one entree with a missing ingredient and they didn’t bring the other entree until well after the first one was finished. I did express politely the disappointment. No offer for compensation was made. Also for two days we were there they never followed up with us if we wanted anything even after getting up and getting the menu ourselves. Minor stuff though and overall I would recommend the hotel.

A Bit Disappointed Upon check-in, the reception staff was amazing. We were early so they held our luggage. Very easy process. The pool hours are limited. We had dinner on the rooftop. We were disappointed in the menu choices and the view of the Acropolis was not as expected. The morning buffet breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean. We felt that the room was not worth the amount we paid.

"I chose the hotel for the gym. For a hotel of its category, the space was very small, with few machines, and the main one was broken. There was no water available, and when there finally was, there were no cups. In the restaurant, you had to wait due to limited space, and the food was very basic. I won't choose it again."
