Just checked into the hotel and rooms at first look clean but when you start looking closely there is a lot that gets overlooked. The fridge had stains inside and dust covered the menus and furniture. The pool was covered in algae and when we asked why it was so green the receptionist told us it was because the tile is green. Which was false and when asked how frequently it was cleaned we were told every night. I put my hand in and was able to scrape off algae with my bare hand. This much algae build up consist of at least month of inadequate cleaning and I refused to go in. Unfortunately one of the reasons we booked this hotel was the pool and it was a big disappointment, especially when the employees try to lie about it to my face. The bed if you need to split it is a twin size so if your bigger person you’ll need the beds connected. The furniture is very outdated as well. Overall looks way better on the internet, for the price not bad but they need to update the pictures to show people what to actually expect

Cok sakin ve temiz bir otel. Ferah odalari, super rahat yataklari ile cok dinlendiriciydi. Konum olarak daha iyisi var mi bilemiyorum. Hem carsiya yakin hem de yemek yerlerine….

We stayed in this lovely hotel for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. Just a short walk from the town, it is in a nice location (though the walk to the beach is a little far) and it is easy to pop out to the nearby shops. Our rooms were cleaned very well and towels/bedsheets were replaced frequently without needing to ask. The price was very reasonable as well. The only letdown was the breakfast, as the food was quite cold and the hot drinks machine was partially out of order. However for 7€ it was alright. Our room had a balcony as well as air conditioning and a fridge which was perfect for keeping cool. The pool was great, though quite basic. Overall, a really great experience staying here.

Samosstar tur araciligiyla oteli sectik.Otel konum olarak iyi bir yerde. Havuzu iyi.eski bir otel olmas? nedeniyle ciddi bir yenilik istiyor. Dusakabin yok. ?ampuan yok.soyleyince getiriyorlar.kahvalti zay?f.ozensiz. klimadan b?cek ??kt?.calisanlar ilgisiz. Samos adasi ziyaretleri i?in bir iki gün idare ederim kusur aramam diyenler icin konaklamak uygun olabilir belki ama biz bir dahaki geli?imizde merope oteli tercih etmeyiz...

Οσο για το προσωπικ?:ΑΨΟΓΟ,τοσο στα καθ?κοντ?,?σο και στην συμπεριφορ? του. Σα? ευχαριστο?με για την διαμον?. Σ?γουρα δεν θα χρειαστε? να ψ?ξουμε για αλλο ξενοδοχε?ο στην επ?μενη επ?σκεψη. Να ε?στε καλα Υγ:Ιδια?τερη μνε?α στα ?τομα τη? reception κ στην υπε?θυνη του Bar.(Οι ελληνικο? καφ?δε? ηταν απο του? καλ?τερου? που εχω πιει!!!!!!!)

Hygienic, simple hotel, friendly and helpful staff. A bit far from beach or Karlovassi center. Small bathroom, beds could be more comfortable and new. Simple, small breakfast, fresh. In a very quiet area Rooms with nice balcony. There is mini bar in the room.

First impressions of corridors and rooms not great, a little bleak but we soon warmed up to this hotel. Lovely breakfast, wonderful pool, nice chilled atmosphere, spotless, and friendly helpful staff especially Demitrie at the pool bar. Would return.

Excellent clean and well situated hotel near the center of Karlovassi. The hotel has been renovated and has an excellent pool and pool bar, big and confy rooms, excellent cleaning service, 5 star breakfast hand made and most importantly a very helpful and polite staff. I will surely visit again!!!
