Отличный отель! Ночевали одну ночь, вполне достойно, чисто
До центра пешком полчаса
Выбирали из за бесплатной парковки на улице, собственно, без проблем нашли место

Chegamos no hotel e ele estava cheio mas já tinham feito novas reservas em outro hotel.
A equipe foi super gentil e prestativa nos ajudando em tudo.
O novo hotel ficava numa localiza??o melhor, quanto ao restante n?o tenho como opinar.

This property was exceptionally clean. The only thing we are complaining about is that the window to the street doesn’t close completely so we can hear the noise from the street. It was quiet at night because there was not cars driving, otherwise there was noise.
One of the greatest things we loved was the breakfast. There are no places in Florence that give breakfast for free like Mia’s place. And breakfast was amazing. Nadia is a wonderful hosts.
Everything is within walking distance (10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella Train Station). We always felt safe even at night.

Bij aankomst even het nr. bellen naast de deur, aanbellen heeft geen nut!
Kreeg een vriendelijk engels sprekende meneer aan de telefoon, die gaf me een pincode waarmee ik de deur kon openen.
De kamerdeur was open en de sleutel lag daar klaar.
Kamer was netjes en schoon, 5 handdoeken, douchekop bleef niet omhoog, sochtends aangegeven aan Mia en die zal dat doorgeven aan de technische staf.
Mia zelf is echt een lieverd, het ontbijt was top!
tip: als je wilt dat de airco goed werkt, leg dan de afstandsbediening naast je bed op het nachtkastje, deze meet namelijk de temperatuur. En schakelt de airco uit als deze is bereikt! Dit werkt dus niet zoals je wilt als je de a.b. van de airco in de houder naast de kamerdeur laat zitten.

Quiet, spacious room and good breakfast!
Incredible stay in the attic room! Cozy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was lovely. I arrived late but the owners provided me information to get inside, so there were no issues. The location is a little hard to identify from the outside, so you have to pay attention to the little signs on the door. But it was very quiet, which was perfect for me. Stairs only, no elevator. The shower could use a little renovation, since the sliding doors fall off very easily. Biggest recommendation is some kind of non-slip floor in the shower. It's VERY slippery, and the shower is so small that I worried I'd fall into the doors and knock them off! A/C works great.
