Blessed Be Year. I stayed at this property from January 8-1, 2026 in the Royale Suite. The check in and check out was seamless. Breakfast was adequate and authentic to the Guyanese culture. The workers were respectful and cordial. The negatives for me was walking five flights of stairs everytime I had a visitor or ventured out. Bring on the fifth floor I dodged the full impact of the bullet (noise nuisance) during a birthday party was held on the ground floor. Since it's not the worst I works recommend the hotel.

Many things were different from past stays at this hotel,no dresser in room to store items,no tag in room like do not disturb,or please clean this room,etc-in 7 days the room was cleaned once because I called and requested to front desk,bar and upstairs restaurant never open. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed myself ordering food that was delivered from local restaurants or a staff member bought it and brought it to me when I ask them to.Many things could be improved but it served my purpose and I left smiling.

The room was right next to the dining area and it was noisy from 6am. Also I booked a room for $87 USD but was charged $98

The staff were very friendly but the property is in need of decorating and updating. There is no bar just a fridge in the reception area where you can buy a beer (cash only) and sit outside next to the road. The bar on the top floor is closed and has been for some time. Breakfast is not good (give it a miss) and definitely not continental. Had to pay on arrival and once booked in it was too difficult to move as I was only there for a week, but won't be booking again.

Starting to show signs of wear and tear Nice to return to the Manor. As always, Ryan and Ali were very helpful and pleasant. However, although pleasant enough, the staff at reception came up short: they didn't seem to know how much to charge me or how to calculate the number of nights I was staying, and when I asked if they could lend me a kettle, they said no and failed to inform me that the property has hot water dispensers on the premises (suggesting instead I go to the market and buy a microwave-friendly bowl so that I can heat water in the microwave). They also lost my room key. My room (on the fourth floor) also seemed to be in need of some attention: the sink was loose.
