We didn't stay at the Hostel but we booked the Tour up to Fansipan with them and they were just awesome. Huy explained everything to us, without trying to convince us to book with him. During the Tour we could store our luggage at their office and after the Tour we even could take a shower before getting on the night bus. Our guide was really nice and she did everything we needed for us. I would definitely recommend booking with them The room in which we showered also looked really good
