Great staff, the room was nice and clean

We were on sixth floor and water pressure was terrible! Can’t imagine those on higher floors. Barely able to rinse out toothbrush. Forget shampooing

The bathroom was clean. The room was not clean. Fruit snacks were in the made bed. Water and dirt was on the room floor. A thick layer of dust was on the headboard and every time the air came on, pieces of dust flew around. This cleanliness was unfortunate but overall this is a safe, quiet and comfortable hotel. Next time I will bring my own cleaning supplies and ask for fresh linen. The staff was polite so I didn’t address any of my issues. I also booked a king room and was given a room with double beds instead of a king. These were all minor issues and I would absolutely book here again.

The front desk lady and engineering department helped me in a crisis! The sole on my brothers shoe came off right before departing for our 50th reunion and these 2 employees went above the call of duty to help repair his shoe!! Thank you so much !!!!
Next time I’ll ask for a room not so close to the elevator but everything else was 5 stars

Nice hotel with lots of stores and restuarants in the area. The room was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. The sunrise view we had was amazing & the manager and her crew was awesome from the time we checked in until the time we checked out, thank you Taz!

The hotel looked like an embassy suite that was retrofitted. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

Great stay
We stayed two days, Staff was friendly, other people staying there seemed very happy and we were close to the mall, breakfast places and the family we were visiting. No complaints here. When I go back I will stay there again.

Good staff dirty elevators seems like the Hotel cleanness has been neglected not worth $200 more like one star hotel not the Marriott standards
