I would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff, Jason Winston and Gigi, for going above and beyond to arrange a birthday cake for us. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made the celebration extra special. It’s staff like them who make guests feel valued and welcomed. The restaurant supervisor and crew greeted my mom with a birthday song and a cake during our stay. It was nice for them to do that. The photographers also made a way for the complimentary photoshoot to push through despite the inclement weather; my mom liked the photos very much. You wouldn’t need to go far to eat or to buy daily needs or for pasalubong since there’s a mall with 7-11, pasalubong shops, and restaurants like Buzz by Bohol Fee Farm. For me, the best part of the resort is the beach itself, because the northwest corner of Panglao is less frequented by tourists, hence marine life thrives better here and it’s much more serene. I would like to come back here again. Thank you, Modala! ??

We stayed in 5 hotels in Philippine for the big family holiday, this is the best one, especially if you like snorkeling. You can swim 5-10m to see beautiful fish and corals. Although beach is so so, lots of sea grass, but my kids love it, lots of star fish and crabs. The mall connected offers 5-6 restaurants, we tried all, pretty good standard, reasonable price. Although it’s a bit remote, so if you prefer to go out to do a lot of inland activities it’s not that convenient.
Also we have 4 rooms, my room smells a bit, but the other three were great.

这家酒店我给它打高分——性价比真的顶：沙滩就在门口，潜水点出门即下水，对我这种想天天浮潜的人太友好。酒店沙滩就可以就地赶海。前庭餐厅环境一绝，晚餐口味嘛…略普通，但早餐很可，订房含早餐绝对划算。
酒店的SPA也还可以，体验一两次就差不多了。
附近的餐厅也好吃的，Lava和日料都是中国人会喜欢的口味。而且日料店的茶碗蒸蛋我好喜欢。
服务更得加鸡腿：从进门到退房全程“有求秒回”，还主动帮搬行李，分寸感拿捏得刚刚好。唯一小插曲是我皮肤在马尼拉蟎虫过敏后变得超敏感，入住当晚还是痒。WhatsApp跟前台説完，15分钟内客房部全员到齐，把床单、被芯、床罩整套换新，之后一觉到天亮——过敏止步。这波应急速度太拉好感。

The size of the room is brilliant and very modern. By the telly, there were no sockets available and that put me off since I brought my firestick with me. The hotel is positioned almost at the end of Panglao and quite far from shops and restaurants. The mall beside the hotel (moadto strip mall) barely had any shops in it. The beach was quite dirty with trash washing up and no body was really maintaining it which put me off. The pool situation was not good as well since they only had one big pool for adults and one for kids and 2 jacuzzi.

All the staff were very warm and welcoming. All requests and inquiries were answered respectfully. We felt well taken care of during our stay. The lounging area by the beach was the best paired with drinks served! Would definitely recommend staying here at Modala Beach Resort!

We had a wonderful stay at Modala Beach Resort! The place is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and right in front of a stunning beachfront. ?? The staff were all very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was lovely, especially during sunset — perfect for photos! ?? The food at the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast had a great variety.
It’s a great place for families, couples, or even friends who just want to unwind and enjoy Panglao’s natural beauty. We’ll definitely come back again soon. Highly recommended! ??

靠近Doljo beach，白沙滩人少 清静 商业气少，一推门进入房间有一股淡淡的薄荷清香，非常特别好闻，酒店房间大带阳台，浴室大，基本挑不出毛病，除了我们入住的太晚阳台对出去是垃圾站??
酒店早餐种类特别多，芒果汁很好喝，鸡汤麪好吃，鸡蛋有荷包蛋，全熟，半熟。10点快到的时候工作人员还提醒我们可以再去多取一点食物，酒店工作人员全程热情打招呼，服务周到。吃完早午餐回房间重新洗漱，找了好久发现没有吹风机，打了前台电话他们派人送来了
酒店旁的spa店了。价格对比外面应该是略贵，1400比索/人精油推1h但是或许胜在环境和便利度，按的我彷佛去了天堂??spa结束後回到餐厅点了一份意麪吃，真现做，吃完又在沙滩躺着有小黑介绍饮料，点了两杯，小黑推荐的那杯白的好喝！
