Excellent service! We checked in at 8 am, offered tea and free breakfast due to the fact that we arrived early. The rooms are small but cozy. Only the breakfasts are a little monotonous - a standard set, not a buffet.
All the staff are great, very friendly and attentive, they make you feel welcome and cared for. The hotel itself is very clean and in a prime location on the Asian side of ?stanbul, you get both the more local vibe and warmth of that side with the European side literally 20 mins by ferry. We would stay again in a future visit for sure.
