Had a very nice stay. Guards were very friendly. They also had cute cats. And we were very close to the main drag in jaco so tons of shopping and food options and the beach in walking diatance.
The room was clean and very nice. The 24hr security guard at the gate (only entrance) also made us feel very safe and secure. Lastly, the location was right off the main ***** and within walking distance of all the good restaurants and bars.

Says luxury but every wall or appliance has a sign posted with rules. Too many rules posted everywhere. Literally. Washer, dryer and dishwasher also have signs posted on front saying only use from 8pm to 6am. Who goes on vacation to do laundry and wash dishes in the middle of the night. Nothing luxury about that. Every hallway including the pool says be quiet. I was with family and even felt we could not relax without breaking the rules. Cable and internet did not work at all for two days and i called the minute we checked in to have it fixed. People came and left but fixed nothing. All a big show but no service was repaired. All tvs said down for maintenance most of our stay or a frozen screen with a spinning bar. King bed was two mattresses stacked on a small boxspring. Two balconies without any chairs. Property looks great and well kept but my unit was wicker chairs in poor condition for the kitchen table and signs everywhere even one saying to use plastic spatula when using frying pans. I know what luxury is and this was not that. I found it insulting as did the rest of my family.

I always enjoy my stay and this time was no different. Got room with rooftop hot tub and the area was nice with a great view..Looking forward to next time..might even get the Penthouse ??
