A big minus for the lack of information about the fee to use the facilities at the hotel! You have to pay for the use of pool, sunbeds and beach. Never been to a hotel before where you have to pay for the pool. Bad attitude at the check in. Breakfast was minimal. Not coming back.

Siamo appena tornati da 3 giorni in questo "resort". Il posto è davvero molto bello e offre sicuramente delle buone prospettive che però non sanno sfruttare. Molto bello panorama,camera sempre ben pulita,cibo discreto e vario. Far pagare però 25,00€ per assicurarsi la prima fila nella loro caletta e tenere la spiaggia completamente sporca di bicchieri di plastica,bustine di cibo lasciati dagli incivili che lasciano tutto per terra,non è sicuramente una bella cosa. Inoltre la sera non c'è nessun tipo di animazione..nulla! Dopo cena o esci dal resort o devi chiuderti in camera. Prima e ultima esperienza in questo posto.

Ho soggiornato due settimane nel mese di natale con la mia famiglia, anche se il periodo non era adatto per quello che offre questa bellissima struttura con spiaggie e piscine meravigliose, abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni bellissimi e in relax, camera sempre pulita e profumata ogni giorno, il meitre Patrizio persona professionale che ama il suo lavoro sempre disponibile e di cuore, per non parlare della colazione che ogni mattina con devozione ci preparava (tra cornetti caldi, torte, dolci deliziosi e per chi ama la colazione americana non mancava il salato) lo stesso per quanto riguarda lo staff sempre super disponibili e gentilissimi, un ringraziamento in particolare a Silvia che ha accolto sempre ogni nostra necessità e bisogno. Che dire a luglio torneremo li per godere del bellissimo mare e di tutta la struttura che merita davvero tanto.

Wow! What an amazing place Cervinia is and the Hotel Mon Reve is simply superb. Delicious breakfast, amazing bar and a real home from home vibe. Special thanks to Ermanno, Tommy and Emanuel’s who looked after us so well all week. We will be back!

Cervinia is an amazing ski resort and Hotel Mon Reve is something special on the slopes. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, everything you would need to fuel your day on the slopes (we found 8-9mins was the perfect amount of time for a runny egg). It took us approximately 3 mins to walk from the boot room straight onto the slope (run 3.00), which is a red run but it is very manageable if you take your time. This will take you down to the chair lift which goes up to Plan Torette. If you want to go to the bubble lifts that take you to the top of Plateau Rosa, you can walk up to the White Angel hotel and walk through the garage to run 3bis. The bar at the hotel was lovely, please try all of the local wine, you can't go wrong. All of the staff on the bar and the front desk are all absolutely amazing and will do anything to help. The room was very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the Matterhorn, when the weather allowed. I want to say a special thank you to Hermano, who runs the shuttle service for Mon Reve. Always happy to give you a lift into town and pick you back up, our longest wait for a lift was 5 minutes top. Also, ask Hermano for his resort suggestions, his insight was valuable.

Helpful, friendly staff, a great minibus service to and from the village and ski hire shop, and the convenience of ski-in and ski-out direct from the hotel made this a very good choice for our recent trip to the resort. The decor is very rustic - lots of Alpine wood - and while the rooms are very comfortable with great beds and a very high standard of housekeeping, they are not completely soundproof (waking up time was dictated by that of my neighbour’s baby on a couple of mornings). The hotel doesn’t do evening meals but there are plenty of options in town and the minibus is on hand for pickups if your ski legs don’t fancy the uphill return walk. Clientele in the snowy week of our stay consisted mostly of enthusiastic skiers - breakfast rush hour was generally between 7.30 and 8.15, croissants seemed to run out by 9 am and cooked breakfast was limited to eggs or omelets on special request - but there was a reasonable choice of continental breakfast options. Relaxed, functional and enjoyable, recommended for keen skiers and sound sleepers (or bring the earplugs!)

Sono stato nella struttura i primi giorni di marzo per un pranzo in famiglia e a metà marzo per festeggiare il 18 esimo di mio figlio! Sono rimasti tutti soddisfatti, dall'inviato più piccolo a quello più grande! è una garanzia!!! Lo consiglio vivamente, inoltre Felice è una persona fantastica, che cerca di andare incontro a tutte le esigenze. Top top top , Sabry e family

4th visit to the family run hotel. Staff helpful and always willing to assist. Shuttle bus a great addition if you want it, but we like to walk..... but the minibus stopped a few times to offer us a lift. Nice touch. Nice breakfast before a day on the hill is always appreciated. Ski in ski out the big thing for us. We would recommend this hotel. We will visit again. Well done to all at Mon Reve

Great ski-in/out location. Hotel was very clean, room bedding turned over on a regular basis. Good buffet breakfast. The boot room is very good with an allocated locker. Staff very helpful and the shuttle bus service was first class. The hotel also has plenty of comfortable seating on the bar and foyer for a relaxing drink. We will be coming back!!
