Je suis venue seule et j ai passé un tres agréable moment. Le Personnel autant à l'accueil, qu'aux services (menage, entretien, petit déjeuner) était très sympathique et discret. Le petit-déjeuner est tres bon (pain, charcuterie, fromage, salade grecque). Je suis moins fan du jus d'orange et du café et j'ai regretté qu il n y ait pas plus de fruits toutefois les prestations restent tres correctes au vu du prix de la nuitée. La piscine est tres agréable et propre. La décoration est sympa. Les taxes etaient de 10 € par nuit et non de 4 comme le signalait Booking. L'accès à l'hotel est effectivement un peu raide toutefois il est agréablement excentré et donc calme. Tres belle vue sur la montagne et la plage de kamari.

L’h?tel est situé à Kamari, à 2 pas de la plage avec ses restos boutiques et bars. Chambre exceptionnelle! Spacieuse, tous les équipements nécessaires, un style magnifique. Une salle de bain avec une douche extra large. Grand vide dressing. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Bref, chambre impeccable. Personnel aux petits soins. Possibilité de louer un quad ou autre directement via l’h?tel. Petit déjeuner nickel. Piscine très agréable. Pas un bruit durant notre séjour. C’était de loin un des meilleurs h?tels que nous avons fait! Nous le recommandons à 100%

Best room in Santorini! Wonderful sea view balcony with Jacuzzi. What else to want? Maybe the only small flaw is the breakfast not up to the standard of the structure, but apart from this 5-star stay. Guy at the reception always very helpful and very nice. Well done. Marco

This little gem of a hotel was just perfect . Missing boho chic with contemporary and traditional . The hotel staff were just amazing, nothing was too much trouble . They organised a catamaran trip and transport for us to different places . The pool area was quiet and peaceful and it was a short walk to the boardwalk with various tavernas and bars . The breakfast was so tasty with so much choice . The room was outstanding - I just love the decor in this hotel and the view over karmari beach with the sunrise is something special . It was easy to get around the island and see the other resorts like Fira ( sunset is amazing ) and Oia. It was perfect for our romantic getaway as a couple . I am in love with Santorini. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent rooms - great size, super clean & really nice staff. Pool small & sunbeds uncomfortable and area lacks shade (used the sister hotels pool with softer beds & more shade despite it being older hotel with children). Breakfast selection great but not to our taste & only served until 10.00). Location is quite close to beach but a really long climb up a very steep hill & the rooms are up lots & lots of steps). Not for the faint hearted or less fit travers unless they have a car. No bar & food provision (can sometimes order from sister hotel during the day on some weekdays).

The room and hotel looked amazing. It seems freshly renovated I never write bad reviews but this is not the first time we come to Santorini, Kamari and this hotel is the one that disappointed us the most. Several things to mention: - Poor choice for breakfast! The breakfast is until 10am. If you have the misfortune to get off at 9:55 you may be disappointed. At 10:00am sharp they pack everything up. They obviously start by packing up the food that doesn't cause a glucose spike :) If you make a request, they will turn you away. It’s fine, we can deal with what we find at the end but I really didn’t appreciate the rude woman who practically screamed in the middle of the reception/breakfast area that the next morning I should arrive before. You really feel that you disturb them… - There is no room service. - The terrace next to the pool is small. - The slope to go up to the hotel is rather tedious. And there are several steps to climb to reach your room. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. If you stay below a room with a jacuzzi. The water falls on your terrace. Be careful if you dry clothes on it. There is nothing to put your soaps in the shower (ok I’m being picky with this one…) - If you come with friends, know that in our room we could see the shower from every corner of the room ... no privacy possible. The sink is an integral part of the room... This comment can sound picky and usually, when the staff is welcoming and kind I don’t say a word and appreciate my time even when the place doesn’t look as great as Epavlis grace. To end with a positive word, the hotel is clean and has a lot of potential... but we won’t be back

Quelle déception ! Nois avons séjourné dans cet h?tel pour notre dernière nuit avant de reprendre l'avion La ville de Kamarinest une des villes les plus populaires de Santori. Il n'y a que des boutiques soivenirs, de olagds et des restaurants attrapes touristes Nous sommes déjà dé?us par cette ville sans intérêt L'hotel est situé a flanc de falaise. Il y a plus de 4 étages pour rejoindre notre chambre. La décoration est très design que ce soit dans la chambre ou l'h?tel. Il y a un petit balcon avec une très belle vue La chambre est grande et jolie mais pas très pratique : pas d'espace pour ouvrir les volets, une douche ultra technologique mais pas chaude... Au niveau de l'h?tel, c est tres familiale, le client se sent de trop. Vous avez l'impression d'être chez eux L'espace piscine est minuscule, les chaises longues sont toutes entassées les unes sur les autres Le petit déjeuner est inmangeable Bref la chambre est correcte et la literie bonne Ne prévoyez pas de profitez de l'h?tel Concernant la taxe de séjour elle est 2 fois plus élevée que dans les 2 autres etablissement haut de gamme que nous avons fait.... on nous a répondu que c'etait parce qu'on etait dans un 5 étoiles.... Alors qu'il s'agit du pire h?tel qu'on a fait Il est efficace et propre tel un Ibis style mais ne vous attendez pas à plus
