Our only regret is that we booked for 1 night only, because Moolmanshof has much history and lush and beautiful gardens to explore. The Olde Room option ticked all our boxes and our gracious hosts made us feel right at home. Thank you to Lizette and Krismis :-)

Sorely needed a peaceful getaway with family, and this quaint estate delivered. From the simplicity of our unit's layout to the comfortable beds and slower pace of life in Swellendam, it was just what we needed.

Great stay at this beautiful, historic place. Our hostess was very friendly and had great knowledge of the history of the site. Everything was neat and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back again.

A privilege to stay in this beautiful home with such a friendly, caring owner. The house, garden, setting and situation are all outstanding and we loved the character and decor of everything. Its history is amazing too.

Was a great stay. Enjoyed the step back in time. Hosts we awesome. The property is huge and feel removed from the town in its extensive, beautiful gardens. Will definitely consider having a function here. Pity it was a one night stay.

Beautiful place with a magical garden! We will be back for a longer stay! We really enjoyed our short trip and wish we had had more time to soak up all the beauty. Highly recommend checking Moolmanshof out for yourself.
