Having read previous reviews of this B&B I went ahead and booked Moor View for a Weekend Away for both myself and my partner and my sister and brother in law. It was a surprise trip away for them as we were celebrating my sisters 60th birthday. My sister & partner were in the ground floor bedroom with patio and gorgeous views. Myself & partner had the king size room on the 1st floor which was huge, very spacious with a massive bed. Everything about this place is faultless. Linda & Andrew were the perfect hosts, the breakfasts are gorgeous, the entire property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. Decorated to a very high standard. I would highly recommend booking Moor View. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay at Moorview B&B was amazing you couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We went with my sister in law and partner who surprised us with the weekend away for my partner’s 60th birthday, we had the ground floor room with views of the garden . We could not fault anything about . It was like a home from home our hosts Andrew and Linda were amazing nothing was to much for them , Tea and fresh Hot homemade scones on arrival ?? , Breakfast with locally sourced food was delicious ,VERY clean warm and inviting we would highly recommend anyone looking to book B &B in north Yorkshire to stay here xxxx

Had a recent 3 night stay and could not fault this excellent B&B.A warm welcome from our hosts,tasty and substantial breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms.Will definitely rebook again.

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful, idyllic B&B in the Yorkshire Dales countryside to serve as a bolthole for a few days of hiking. This place fit the bill perfectly. Linda and Andrew were tremendous, welcoming hosts. Our room was sizeable with a beautiful outlook over manicured gardens with the Yorkshire Hills serving as a backdrop. They served us wonderful food to order for breakfast and had much appreciated advice on local venues which served us well. We thoroughly recommend staying here if you are coming through.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasant, comfortable room with a good view. Linda & Andrew are a friendly couple who cooked hearty breakfasts, which provided us with energy for our walks in the Yorkshire Dales.

The best B&B I have stayed at. Absolutely lovely property with a beautiful view of the Yorkshire Dales and even the Lake District in the far distance. Everything was very clean and tidy, with nice, well-maintained furniture, electrical fittings and plumbing. The hosts will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Whether you need a packed breakfast so you can go for a morning walk, an extra egg with your breakfast, or even if you've forgotten to pack some essentials, they have got you covered. The beds are very comfortable and housekeeping is done daily to an immaculate standard, snacks replenished and all! After your excellent night's sleep, you can expect a delicious, fresh cooked breakfast at the time of your choosing between 7:30 and 9. Not only is the breakfast top-tier, but you also get to enjoy the view of the beautifully well-kept garden while listening to some quiet, relaxing music as you eat. All in all, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this beautiful part of the country, you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere nicer than Moor View, especially for the very reasonable price.

The usual high standards have been maintained! Beautiful surroundings, pleasant, helpful and friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation and comfortable bed. All the little extra touches are so good (eg toiletries, sweets, fresh homemade flapjack etc. etc.). This our 7th visit and we have booked to come again! Thank you so much Linda and Andrew - brilliant!

Pleasant place to stay. Lovely homemade flapjack. Moor View looks up to its name as it has great views. Close proximity to the moors and many places of interest. Always made to feel welcome and very helpful to suggest places to visit. Coming again next year.

Friendly and homely with very pleasant surroundings and they have a beautiful garden. Close to the Ribblehead viaduct and many other places of interest.

A most excellent B&B! Hosted by the lovely Andrew and Linda, we were made so welcome. They kindly agreed a late check in, and showed us to a beautiful room. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming. The shower is nice and big and with good water pressure, great after a long walk. The flapjacks in the room were made by Linda and absolutely delicious, lovely with a cup of tea. The breakfast was superb, made with local produce and served in the sunny garden room. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.
