It was the perfect place. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated. Room spacious and clean. Nice service. The location is also a big advantage, you can walk to both the bus station and the old city center in just a few minutes.

Personale molto simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Posizione molto comoda perchè vicino al centro, 5 minuti a piedi, ed a locali tipo panetteria e supermercato. Non era compresa colazione ma sono disponibili diverse opzioni di menù che ordinano in una delle migliori panetterie nei dintorni e fanno recapitare all'ora richiesta direttamente in camera. Pulizia ottima, interni curati. Ampio balcone comodissimo. Purtroppo è stato un po' difficoltoso il parcheggio, ma alle spalle della struttura è disponibile un parking che però è stato chiuso i giorni di ferragosto quando eravamo presenti noi.

Great location. Just blocks off the waterfront but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and had many great food and activity recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - out of the late night noise but walking to everything in town. Staff was amazing - helpful in every way from restaurant recommendations to room comfort. Good space and bathrooms- would highly recommend for a trip to chania.

Super friendly staff, from the reception to the household staff. Minutes walking from the main streets. Clean room and quiet large. Coffee and tea bar - free in the room. Free bottles of water. The reception desk representatives so helpful and willing to assist in any issue...

Albergo elegante vicino al centro di Chania. Da prenotare il parcheggio tramite l' albergo altrimenti potrebbe essere un problema perché la zona è molto trafficata. La struttura è elegante, di classe e le stanze sono ricercate in ogni dettaglio. Il prezzo è buono contando la posizione e soprattutto la qualità del servizio offerto. Non abbiamo fatto colazione nella struttura ma ci sono svariate possibilità in zona hotel. Torneremo!

Definitely recommend! Brilliant communication leading up to our stay and fantastic service throughout. The staff were so helpful with recommendations and booking a taxi. We did the 24 hour check in and it worked so smoothly. Beautiful hotel, loved the decor and very clean. Great location too, a short walk away from the old town. Breakfasts delivered to the room were delicious. Thank you!

酒店位置不错，前台态度好。除此以外，其实没什么特别，性价比不高。有个小泳池，但是没健身房。早餐单点，不算小费基本26美元左右，价格中等。不过服务不行，一个经常点错单的老头，以及一个动作非常慢的小年轻，等不到他们的服务，都是要自己过去的。
