Spent a couple days for a ski weekend. The hotels has a good location towards the edge of Bansko right on the main road and just about a 5 min walk away from the centre and gondola lift. You will find several ski rentals stores & restaurants closeby. Stayed in a room/studio, equipped with a kitchen corner which wasn't used and other basic furniture. Bathroom is acceptable but not very spacious and shower not ideal due to water splashing out. The room also had also a little balcony with a view of the backyard. Tv didn't have too many channels and all local. The is a small indoor pool adjacent to lobby area and also a British style downstairs. Check in & out was smooth. All in all, it's an ok place for a short stay and a limited budget.

Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor relaxation area.
The window view depends on the room.

What a fabulous place to stay. We had two apartments as we are a family of 5 booking at the last minute. We booked half board and are so glad we did. Good, home cooked food at ridiculously low prices meant our skiing holiday was excellent value. The rooms and communal areas were spacious, warm and spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. There were board games available for entertainment at the table. Kids loved the pool before dinner; jacuzzi wasn’t available, or fitness room due to Covid. The hotel is in a perfect position within stumbling distance to the gondola and all the bars and restaurants. Prices for food and drink close to the gondola are far more than at the hotel - ￡40 for 5 Subway sandwiches compared to around ￡2-4 for a meal at the hotel! I’m sure if you were looking for small imperfections you could find them, but focusing on what is important to us, everything was spot on and we had a fantastic holiday. The only reason I can think of for people writing less favourable reviews is to keep this gem to themselves!

Travelled from Greece. Definitely not worth the stars rating. Rooms not well maintained, inadequate bathroom supplies. Satisfying breakfast buffett. Cuttlery not washed in a dishwasher, waitresses hand washed in the bar sink. The tourist agent should inspect the proposed hotels more carefully.
