Exceptional service! From the guard , lobby staffs, receptionist & house keeping & restaurant staffs are all Amazing , very attentive always serve you with a smile , courteous and kind. They upgraded me in a suite back in December 20 25 so now we booked that exact same, they put me into last year. Good food, clean pools very safe for kids as I'm traveling with my niece and son they both enjoyed as always. Thanks Movenpick your staffs are really exceptional.

建物は古いが清掃が行き屆いてキレイ周りになにもないので少し不便ホテルの食事も一カ所のみで飽きてしまう味は良かった

Great hotel with a lovely beach, a nice bar, an excellent pool area, and very good food in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is also excellent and caters well for all tastes. The only areas for improvement would be introducing QR code ordering for refreshments on the beach, rather than having to look around for service staff, and improving the check in and check out process, as these areas were frequently crowded. Overall, it was a great stay and I would be happy to return.

Very good accomodation and staff. Has clean room and and good food.

Staff was super friendly and nice. Restaurant Sails serves decent international cuisine. However, the air conditioning of the room was not working well, it came with unpleasant smell of the sewage after repairing. The room was basically clean, yet it was pretty obvious that the maintenance work was not doing well. Rooms for improvement for an international brand hotel.
