Room cleanliness and amenities need improvement. Location and service are average, but overall the stay didn’t meet expectations. Suitable only if you need a basic place for a short stay.

location very good, near to bts and mrt station. near to pratunam area, all in walking distance. Kudos to staff ART was very nice and helpful, will be back to stay again!

The hotel has a very strategic location, making it easy to access many places. The room was tidy, clean, and nicely air-conditioned, so it felt comfortable to stay in. However, the bathroom had a slight strange odor, which could be improved.
The room was located a bit in the corner, but it was actually convenient because there was no need to use the stairs.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was included, and the food tasted good. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was very slow and not strong enough. One good thing is that the hotel allows guests to store their luggage after check-out.

We chose this hostel because it's located near Ratchadewi BTS station and the price is affordable (even including breakfast).
The breakfast menu is good by hostel standards.
The room size is adequate (not too big and not too small) for budget travelers. It was clean.
The stairs are narrow and there's no elevator; it's difficult to carry a large and heavy suitcase.
The staff was passive. They avoid a lot of interaction with guests. We thought maybe because they couldn't speak English or only focus to their job.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to check the condition of the sheets before using it. We have to pay 300 THB for cleaning fee of the sheets.

已经住了第三次，性价比超高的一家民宿，没什么好挑剔的。很靠近BTS和巴士站 大概步行5分钟就到了。附近也有7-11还有隔壁是蛮有名的餐厅。工作人员都挺友善 只是厕所地上就会看到头发和一些脚印而已

比较国际化的一家青旅，大家还是比较友好，但是有个男店员不是很友好。
