J ai tenté d annuler ma réservation une semaine en avance. J ai appelé l h?tel qui m a confirmé que je ne pouvais obtenir aucun remboursement ou avoir pour une autre nuit. Je trouve que cette politique est un abus même si cela est mentionné. J espère qu à l avenir cela changera.

Kamers zijn prima (net, rustig, goede bedden, enz).
Enkel het ontbijt is ondermaats. Het wordt heel traag aangevuld waardoor je op bepaalde momenten lang moet wachten op brood, koffie (2/3 dagen werkte de café crème functie op beide machines niet), enz.
Ontbijt is ook weinig gevarieerd. Als fruit bijvoorbeeld enkel overrijpe appels en citroenen.

Great hotel in Bordeaux! Very nice, well-located, super clean, good amenities and the staff were super friendly. I would have given a 10/10, but although breakfast was good the scrambled eggs at breakfast were made with powdered eggs instead of real eggs . That said, the fact that this is my only complaint shows just how good the hotel really is!

Super h?tel ! Bien placé, propre et neuf.
Un peu de calcaire sur le pommeau de douche et les robinets, mais le reste etait niquel.
Il aurait été apprécié une petite bouilloire à eau dans la chambre.
Très beau lieu !

酒店地理位置没得説，旁边就是一个大市场有各种小吃夜生活，早起应该有新鲜海鲜；还有葡萄酒城，可以去参观红酒酿造过程/品不同的酒。
我们住的queen 大床房室内挑高很高，即使不太大的房间睡着也很舒服。一楼有二三楼的层高，很安静。房间里也很乾净，床单都是换过的，洗手间很宽敞。
公共区域很赞，也不是像别的酒店华而不实。有小狗区域，拍照亭，尤其外面还有一个大露台有沙发有躺椅，很棒。还有一个大荧幕在看球赛。
公共区域可以就餐可以喝酒，很多客人都在这里聊天。前台服务很热情，英语説得很好，体验很棒。
