Excellent stay. Park in Cabot Circus ￡20 per 24 hours minus 30% discount from hotel. Hotel has a chilled out vibe with pool table etc. uber to airport approx. ￡35 at 4.00am from hotel

My first time staying at the Moxy hotel in Bristol and I am delighted with the experience! I’m a solo female traveller so safety is a top priority for me, my room was safe clean and beautiful. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, very helpful and the location for Ubers to pick up and drop off is ideal. the food was lovely and I really love the style of the bar and overall hotel it’s beautiful, I will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay as always, lovely staff, so friendly as well, we love staying here as we come here nearly every weekend to stay, rooms are always very clean and comfortable and the air-conditioning is lovely now it's fixed :)

I got a great deal on this stay but it was marred by a long wait checking in with staff confused that I hadn't fully paid and wanting to charge me full price. They eventually let me in and said they thought it was an error between trip.com and hotel and would sort. Have stayed before and had similar long checkin - unsure if relates to Trip.com bookings or generally slow! Wasn't charged the ￡10 deposit. Very comfy bed. Front of hotel covered in scaffolding but didn't affect stay as left before work started in morning. No tea spoons in room (not even wooden ones, as is typical these days!) just wooden stirrers. Towel in bathroom torn. Nice toiletries. Quiet room aside from road noise

房型很小 唯一的优点就是地理位置好 其他真的很一般 毕业季的酒店涨价太夸张了 而且这种属于没有服务的快捷酒店 房间是没有电话机的 而且当天入住的那个房间空调还坏了 但前台很快给我们换了一个房间

房间内空间不算很大，衞生情况还不错。入住的时候遇到了房间换气扇噪音大，前台服务态度很好马上给我们换了房间。位置靠近布里斯托市中心，但七月中旬去的时候整个酒店楼外面都在装修，手脚架都围起来了，可以订之前再谘询一下酒店。

I stayed at Moxy for 2 days and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The hotel is currently under construction, which blocks the window view entirely. This took away from the atmosphere and comfort I was hoping for during my stay.
The standard room and bathroom were quite small, and the overall condition of the room seemed worn. The carpet appeared old and faded in some areas, and the general cleanliness could be improved to meet higher standards.
Another small but important point – there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic facility many hotels usually offer.
While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I believe the hotel could benefit from some updates and better preparation during the renovation period. I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or those looking for a relaxing stay at the moment, but hope it improves in the future once construction is completed.

前台工作人员很热心，态度好，check-in还送welcome鸡尾酒??。装修风格是酒吧风，紫色的灯，让人想起了国内的桔子酒店??
设施：家庭房很宽敞，还算乾净。房间里有空调，但是空调根本不制冷，而且很老旧，非常吵，吵的让人睡不着。
有个迷你健身房，有基本的跑步机等。
环境：地理位置还不错，附近有一个很大的百货商场，附近餐厅也不少。
