The beds are amazing and the hotel is close to various stores and restaurants.

Room was very well equipped and clean. I stayed for six nights on business and found it's location in the city center to be very convenient. There are a few restaurants immediately surrounding the hotel, and a big grocery store around the corner. The room was very large and I appreciated having access to coffee/tea not only in my room, but also downstairs. Staff was very nice.

Rooms are very nice, immaculately clean. Fun elephant made of towels when you walk in. Haha A motivational quote. Overall was there for 5 days and it was excellent!

Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly. Hallway carpets definitely need replacing, lots of stains.
I think it was a bit overpriced for the amenities.

The room was really clean and the front desk folks answered all my questions. Great stay.

Convenient location, quiet and clean. Hotel was fine but mall in which it is located is in need of a face lift.

Made arrangements for a very late arrival and a late checkout the day before.
Arrived to find out they had cancelled my reservation 30mins prior to my arrival.
Checkout was not good either they wanted to charge me a whole extra night just to get an extra hour on check out.
Not very helpful staff.

Great place with nice staff, huge rooms, great coffee and muffins in the lobby, and super convenient location. Couldn’t have asked for any better. Highly recommend!
