We have just stayed at the mutlu for the third time this year.We have already booked for next year.We find the staff very friendly and helpful.The self catering option suits us well with the option to use their restaurant and bar if we want.I recommend this hotel as it is very central for the town centre and sea front.

The perfect hotel for a family holiday, central location,clean and very friendly staff, especially ilhan,Sarah,and otan.really looking forward to seeing them all again next year along with Efcan the manager. for even more memories.

We’ve just come back after 2 weeks at the Mutlu, you cannot beat it’s value for money in Altinkum, the rooms were clean and comfortable the pools were clean and welcoming and it’s a little oasis in the centre of Altinkum, but above all the staff there are exceptional, they’re welcoming, friendly and work tirelessly to make sure your stay is the best it can be , and if you’re lucky enough to see the entertainment the Mutlu put on you’ll be in for surprise, one final thing the food is varied and very very tasty

Stayed here many times , over the past 10 years, the apart hotel is clean yet basic just as the majority of hotels in turkey, the staff are friendly and helpful the manager Efkan is a true gentleman, nothing too much trouble , have booked twice for 2026. Can’t wait ,,,,,,,,,

I found them to be polite friendly and helpful nothing was any problem reception erkan very helpful also young lady on opposite shifts our chamber maid amazing and Sarah the bar maid

Amazing holiday again. Missing everyone the staff are just amazing so kind always want to help you aww ozzy I have know for a number of years never Change mate. Sarah so kind hard working everyone of the staff and cleaners everyone. It’s not that when we are sunbathing you see the same people and have chats it’s great can’t wait to go back already booked thank you once again for a amazing 2 weeks at our very happy place.

We've just got home from another holiday staying at the Mutlu. The hotel is lovely and clean, the pool areas and communal areas are well presented and offer lovely spaces to chill out. The manager is a lovely gentleman and is happy to chat with you. The reception staff are truly wonderful and will do everything they can to make your stay a happy one. The ladies who keep the rooms clean are lovely and will again do all they can to make your stay comfortable. Looking forward to seeing all friends on our return stay in 2026.

We’ve just returned from 2 fantastic weeks staying at the Mutlu. The hotel has a lovely friendly atmosphere & the staff are brilliant. The rooms have everything you need & are kept clean by a great team of cleaners. Location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance but the hotel also has entertainment nights and BBQ nights which was one of our best nights. Spoke to lots of guests around the hotel & so many of them return year after year. We’ve already booked for next year.

I’ve just returned from a stay at Mutlu Otel Aparts, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made my stay feel extra special. The rooms themselves were beautiful – clean, comfortable, and with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The whole place has such a lovely vibe, and it really felt like a home away from home with the family. I can’t wait to go back again – highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay!
