The room was fine although a little cold and I am not sure the heater ever actually worked. The biggest issue was the smell of the bed and linens, it is as if they sprayed perfume on them. The smell was so overpowering that I could not sleep and by the third night I had an allergic reaction and broke out in a rash. My skin smelled of the sheets and I cannot understand why a hotel would put fragrance on the linen, even the toilet paper was overwhelming. If you are sensitive to smell then do not book this hotel. The wooden floors also creek and will wake you up.

We had an amazing experience at NaNa Vida CDMX! The staff was amazing and thoughtful, even sending us flowers and chocolates for my husband's birthday. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great - especially the beautiful rooftop patio. Our room did face the main street, but we didn't experience a ton of noise, even if we did, the room had a white noise machine just in case. The location was perfect - an easy walk to most places and some great restaurants/bars/cafes nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting CDMX!

酒店很小，隔音一般，但是服务和氛围很温馨，还有免费烈酒喝，算是小特色，离店有特色小礼物，前台工作人员给了很好的当地旅行建议

服务很好，这是一家住着很放心的酒店！而且地理位置方便，可以寄存行李，工作人员都非常可爱，每次遇到的都不一样，还有小礼物，总之体验很不错！

Un h?tel pratique à CDMX proche de Roma Norte Un service exceptionnel pour un petit établissement comme celui-ci. Merci à tous les 5 pour votre accueil ! L’h?tel est pratique, loin de l’activité du centre ville. Quartier s?re San d’aucune difficulté pour stationner le soir.

墨西哥城一个像家一样的地方，我从瓜纳华托回来以后他们温馨的还是给我准备了之前的房间，行李箱，也帮我放好了，按照我的喜好。他们给了我新的小礼物，我感觉到他们就像家人一样，让我在这里睡得好感受到温暖。

I trusted the reviews for this hotel and it didn't disappoint! What a great place it is, and the service was exceptional. My mom was traveling by herself so I booked a smaller room for 2 persons. When she arrived with my brother, the room was a bit small for two but the hotel offered a free-upgrade to a larger room closer to the ground level so she didn't have to go up the stairs that much. They helped them with the luggage, were super attentive, and even gave them great food suggestions. They loved the place, the free candy, coffe and pastries, and the lovely staff. Big thanks and it's definitely going to be our spot every time we travel to Mexico City. Recommended to everyone!
