Our group had a fantastic stay at neam tree, everything from the beautiful hospitality, amazing food and fabulous location being so close to yala. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay near yala.

Outstanding small villa recently renovated and styled in a very tasteful and relaxing design. We loved it. Communication via WhatsApp with the owner’s daughter was prompt, efficient and with excellent English. She organised our safari, which went smoothly (and the driver was excellent). Upon arrival, we were met by the very charming Anusha who was a lively presence during our short, one-night stay. She and her husband prepared a really delicious dinner, which we had after a quick dip in the pool to freshen up. After-dinner tea served in living room, and breakfast he next morning was equally delicious. Altogether, the owner had a little gem of a property that is well managed. Good value for money. We would certainly return.

My friends and I had a great stay at Neem Tree House. The house is cozy yet stylish, with a vibe that reminded us of glamping accommodations in Africa. The outdoor pool offered a refreshing spot to relax after our adventures. Our host Anusha was attentive and meticulous, going out of her way to accommodate our requests and organizing our Safari at Yala Park. Dinner and breakfast prepared by the house chef were excellent, making our evenings truly special. Overall, Neem Tree House provided a unique and comfortable retreat that made our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay here the night before our safari. From the moment we arrived, the host and her family made us feel incredibly welcome — nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. The food was a real highlight. Dinner was absolutely delicious — home-cooked, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Breakfast the following morning was just as impressive and it set us up perfectly for the day ahead. The room was clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed a swim in the pool before dinner. The early check-in was much appreciated and made everything so easy. A genuinely lovely experience — we felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area

Vi ville inte ?ka hem. Vi bodde h?r i tio dagar och hade det helt fantastiskt. Hit ?ker man f?r lugn och ro, n?rhet till naturen och avslappning vid poolen. ?nd? ?r det relativt n?ra till m?nga utflyktsm?l. Vi bes?kte nationalparkerna Yala och Udawalawe. Vi bes?kte bergsstaden Ella med sina teplantager och vi ?kte till Mirissa f?r bad och valsk?dning. Boendet hj?lper till med alla bokningar om man vill. Huset ligger precis vid en liten sj? och d?r finns m?nga vackra f?glar, vattenbufflar och krokodiler. P? tomten f?rekommer ekorrar, sk?ldpaddor, apor och p?f?glar. Man ?r verkligen n?ra naturen h?r. Bara kom! Det h?r st?llet har v?ra varmaste rekommendationer.

Boendet var i utm?rkt skick, personalen st?llde upp och hj?lpte till med allt som beh?vdes. Trots att k?ket inte var officiellt ?ppet s? kunde vi f? tv? luncher och en middag serverade. Personalen var v?ldigt trevlig och gjorde v?r vistelse fantastisk, t o m n?r vi skulle ?ka p? safari kl. 5 p? morgonen var personalen p? plats och gjorde kaffe!!! Kan verkligen rekommendera boendet!!

Amazing stay!! Top notch service from Yuanti, Ranjith and their staff. We had a perfect BBQ with fresh caught fish and chicken, relaxing time in the pool, and of course the perfect safari set up by the staff. We even got lucky and saw a leopard and many elephants. Look forward to another stay!!
