Great location, near train station. Twin room is relatively big and clean. Very impressed by the free access to range of toiletries, coffee, tea, pillows at the lobby. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, arranged for our lugguage - forwarding to the next hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

位置很好，在松本站对面！在东急rei酒店后面，对面是东急百货！总之位置很棒！
1/ 房间是标准的日本房间布局，麻雀虽小五脏俱全。
2/ 服务 前台服务生的沟通非常清楚，态度也很好。
3/ 酒店提供的设备应有尽有，refa的全系列用品都有，直接拿一个卡片请前台拿就可以
4/ 早餐我没有起来去吃，但是到了之后会有一个甜甜圈作为welcome gift，大堂提供咖啡，茶包按需取用，
5/ 所有洗护，用品，漱口水，甚至还有鼻贴提供，所以説只有你想不到的，没有他们不提供的，还有小童洗澡工具！
6/ 房间不提供用饮用水，但是每人每天给两瓶水的硬币，自己从自动售卖机换。
7/ 房间非常安静

I had a very positive experience at Hotel New Nagano Next. Even though we only stayed for one night, everything went smoothly. The hotel offers one of the most complete selections of amenities I’ve seen, which was a pleasant surprise.
The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, although their English skills were a bit limited. Despite this, communication wasn’t an issue, and they did their best to assist us.
I’d definitely consider booking this hotel again without hesitation. A solid choice for anyone visiting Nagano!

地理环境很好，靠近车站，很方便。酒店准备了很多用品，在大堂可以随意拿。房间很乾净，床很舒服，不喜欢枕头还可以在大堂选自己喜欢的。早餐也很好吃，可以入住的时候再加。酒店可以寄存行李，跟工作人员説就行。不足：房间没有加湿器，冬天开暖气会略干。空气净化器一直有股奇怪的味道，后来就没有开。总体来説挺满意，再来长野的话会考虑再次入住。

I chose to stay for two nights at Hotel NewNagano Next because of its very convenient location. Nagano station is just a few hundred meters away and there are a lot of food options (both restaurants and konbinis) in the area. On our checkout day, we left our luggage temporarily inside the free lockers in the hotel lobby before visiting Matsumoto Castle. We just came back to claim our luggage in the afternoon before leaving for Tokyo.

Hotel able to help send and receive yamato luggage deliveries. Staff speaks good English. Lots of amenities at the lobby, including bath salts. Instead of providing bottled water in-room, vending machine coins are given, where visitors can change for drinks that they like (there's mineral water, tea, etc). Abt 5+mins walk fr JR stn. Room is std japan hotel rm size.
