Sono stata in questo hotel con la mia famiglia x 4 giorni la mia prima volta in Albania e mi sono sentita come a casa. Personale gentile ,umile e accogliente,che non ha esitato un attimo ad accompagnarci d'urgenza in ospedale perché mia figlia aveva la febbre a 40. Colazione abbondante anche salata,camere confortevole dotate di tutti i confort,wifi ,condizionatore e TV. Ci torneremo indubbiamente poiché è divenuto un punto di riferimento da tenere a cuore.

Super nice hotel with very nice rooms located super close to city centre:) The atmosphere is on point and the staff goes beyond their way to help and give u a great experience visiting their hotel! I’m going back!! :)

We had a nightmare start when Love Holidays who we booked through changed our hotel twice in less than 24 hours before the flight. It appears it was a twist of fate because we ended up staying at a gorgeous family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Accommodating from the word go; we didn’t even make it to reception before the owner was buying us a drink. I simply cannot fault the effort that everyone here went to in order to make us feel safe, comfortable and like family! Any small issues that your casual “hotel snob” might pick up on were irrelevant because of how kind and courteous everyone here is. Nothing was too much trouble. Even providing curry at 3am after a rather long night out in Tirana! Thank you to everyone at New W Hotel; you are a credit to the people of Albania and a shining example of how things should be done! We will be back

Hotel a conduzione familiare. Una bella famiglia che con gentilezza e cortesia cerca di soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione è buona e abbondante. Ci ha sorpreso la qualità del cibo. Ci torneremo senz'altro

Sono stato tre notti in questo Hotel prenotato direttamente dalla clinica "iCare Dental Clinic" ove ho effettuato intervento di implantologia tra l'altro egregiamente eseguito. Che dire. Camera standard molto molto spaziosa. Ben arredata con attenzione ai dettagli. Bagno anche questo ampio e pulito. Colazione continentale a buffet con ampia scelta di cibi dolci e salati presentati in modo invitante e ordinato. Ristorante che offre oltre alle specialità albanesi anche pietanze internazionali ottimamente cucinate dallo chef. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare per ogni bisogno e consigliare sulle cose da vedere a Tirana. Un grazie particolare a Eduard il proprietario che in due occasioni si è offerto di portarmi personalmente alla clinica e a Adri il receptionist sempre disponibile e prodigo di consigli. Grazie a tutti Voi. See you again!

Donny, Edmund, Tani and family made our stay very special for our first visit to Albania. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms and food were excellent too. We would highly recommend this family run hotel and also advise that you come and meet the friendly people of Albania. Thank you to all concerned for making it a wonderful experience!

Consigliatissimo. Esperienza bellissima!!! Sono stata in questo hotel a ottobre con la mia famiglia, un gruppo di ben 12 persone, e dal momento della prenotazione fino alla partenza è andato tutto benissimo. Inizio ringraziando tutto il personale, Elio, Toni, le ragazze...( non ricordo il nome di tutti), sono stati tutti eccezionali, sempre disponibili e pronti a esaudire ogni nostra richiesta con cortesia e professionalità. Le camere e i bagni sono tutte nuove e arredate con elementi di design, ampie pulite e curate in ogni dettaglio. La colazione internazionale è molto ricca e preparata da un simpaticissimo chef italiano.

Hotel ottimo personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile stanze pulite e rifatte tutti i giorni letto molto comodo.Cucina eccellente cuoco Napoletano Vincenzo ottimo cucina squisita .Ho pernottato per 14 giorni lo consiglio a tutti .
