I recently stayed at a hotel that, despite its pleasant staff, left much to be desired. The staff were consistently kind and smiling, earning the hotel two stars. However, the overall experience was marred by an awful odor permeating the room, reminiscent of bad body odor and stale cigarette smoke, which made it difficult to enjoy my stay. The hotel was connected to the city utility system, preventing any regulation of room temperature. As a result, it became uncomfortably hot, and attempts to cool the room by opening windows or the sliding door were futile, only allowing the unpleasant smell to linger. While the maid service did replace toiletries and make the bed, they neglected to provide fresh towels, even taking the ones I had. When I called for new towels, the staff promised to deliver them but never did, adding to my frustration. Breakfast options were disappointing and lacked variety. Although the hotel looks appealing at first glance, my week-long stay became unbearable. They do not provide washcloths, but they do offer individual toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and even slippers. If requested, they have dental, shaving, and vanity kits available. On the plus side, the rooms a big and the hotel's restaurant, Brick, served excellent food, particularly the delicious pepperoni pizza. Its also reasonably close to the Vardar River so you can enjoy the nicepromand along side it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel for a stay due to the many issues encountered.

The hotel is in a good location. It's close to a walking path, the city center, and the old town. There's a very nice breakfast every morning and the rooms are large. In addition, there are conference rooms, a big restaurant and a workout room.

This is possibly the second worst hotel at which I have ever stayed in my multi-decade life of travel. There is the Park, and there is the Next Door Park: the two are smushed together with no rhyme or reason (e.g., we have to walk down multiple flights and through the lobby and up again to breakfast). It feels like a hotel the brutalist architects messed up. Our room overlooks a parking lot and into empty offices of the soccer stadium. There is layout makes no sense and feels like a waste of space — one long room has a sofa in front of a TV that we use to lay out our clothes because there are NO closets, NO drawers, literally nowhere to unpack our bags. Housekeeping does as little as possible to justify their existence—one day they toss two clean towels into the bathroom, another they decide to make one bed not the other, today they vacuumed because we asked and brought toilet paper because we asked yet did not bring mugs for morning tea/coffee. The staff give a dozen different answers as to why temperature controls in the rooms do not work and make it way too hot. The shower becomes a pretty wet mess all over the entire bathroom. Hopefully this hotel is not the baseline for N. Macedonia. For a beautiful country, basic hotel architecture and service of even a budget hotel level would be appreciated. Also, the lack of included access to a basic gym let alone pool stinks.

We were here as part of a group tour in September 2022 and stayed for one night. Check-in was very swift and the lifts were fast getting us to our room. The room was compact, but there was enough room for our cases. All the fixtures and fittings were very modern, the bedding was clean and good quality and there was no noise from outside. Some of the others in our group had a balcony with their room, so we were able to have a few drinks there. The bathroom was compact but modern, with a large shower, toilet and sink. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Do be warned that if you're sharing a twin with someone you don't know that well, then you should be prepared for the bathroom door being see-through glass! Just put a towel over it if you don't want to see more than you should! Breakfast was really good with the sort of selection you'd expect. Plenty of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks including juices. The wifi was great - quick and plenty of signal everywhere. The location of the hotel means it's a short walk to see things. The staff were all friendly and helpful as you'd expect - overall, a great short stay at a very comfortable hotel.
